Hi there, I had a massage which ended in a hand job about 5 months ago. Haven't had any exposures since. My question is, is there any risk of Hiv or any other STDs, from my understanding there is not but there's obviously lots of stuff put out in the internet so just wanted to make sure as I'm entering a new relationship. 

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your questions.   I’ll be glad to comment.  Receipt of masturbation is a no risk event, even if a partner gets their own genital secretions on you and even if they have cuts or scrapes on their hands.  There is agreement about this not only among us but also with the CDC and WHO.  You have nothing to worry about.  There is no medical or scientific reason for testing.  You are in the clear.---
