Dear DRS I'm so shy to come here again with a new Question , anyway direct to my event i met a gay online in gulf and ask him regarding his status and said negative for all STIS , we did kissing deep , oral sex unprotected versa , rimming each other and fingering each other , no anal sex between us and for oral no ejaculation in mouth . my main problem that i have sore inside my mouth healing and lymph down of my neck cause of this sore , and i thought this was safe , but i check some sites said any sore will double the risks !! it just 2 days and no tests will cover this could you please give me Your advice
Note: i talk to him again regarding this and he said he do unprotected anal before with others !! and refuse to test and said he is negative and block me !!
My Question :
1- Regarding this events if he infected and not in treatments what's your assessments for this
2- do i need test or i will move on
3- did the sore in my mouth triple the risks and make it same like anal penetration as i read in some sites or its changes your advice
4- if I'm son what's your advice !
thanks alot

Welcome back to our Forum. Like your earlier posts, the encounter you describe was close to, if not, no risk. Your partner said he was negative (twice) and most people tell the truth. There is no risk for acquisition of HIV from deep kissing, receipt of oral sex, masturbation or rimming. The risk from performing oral sex on an untreated HIV infected partner is less than 1 infection in 10,000 exposures. The presence of a healing sore inside your mouth does not meaningfully increase your risk for infection. Regarding your specific questions:
1- Regarding this events if he infected and not in treatments what's your assessments for this
See above. This was a virtually no risk encounter
2- do i need test or i will move on
Testing is always a personal choice. I do not see a need for testing
3- did the sore in my mouth triple the risks and make it same like anal penetration as i read in some sites or its changes your advice
Sores due to herpes or syphilis increase the risk for acquiring HIV. Sores due to other causes do not meaningfully increase risk of infection, if exposed.
4- if I'm son what's your advice !
See above
You are worrying more than you need to. EWH

The location of your mouth sore does not suggest HSV. My assessment is unchanged.

hi doctor i know this is my las question but I'm so depressed and needs really your help , the 5th day i have mild sore throat and severe headache , no fever at all headache gone after 2 days and mild sore throat is still , today the 9th day or 8th i found 5 5 or 6 rash down my back and shoulders red and not itchy still no fever at all , of course DR I'm planning to test but still too too early to know anything
my question :
1- after this symptoms i mentioned did will be my bad luck as ever low risk will lead to infection,
2- I'm really plan to test hiV combo on 7th January so it will be 30 days what reliable will be and if negative i hope so did it will be needed to retest 6 weeks ?
3- did this symptoms typical Ars !!
4- how percentage you are confident that my test on 7th jan will be negative based on all this encounter and symptoms
5- cause this is my last follow up what ever symptoms i will face in the next days until 7th Jan are u remain confident or optimistic

Final Responses to your repetitive questions:
1- after this symptoms i mentioned did will be my bad luck as ever low risk will lead to infection,
As I said before, "Your partner said he was negative (twice) and most people tell the truth. There is no risk for acquisition of HIV from deep kissing, receipt of oral sex, masturbation or rimming. The risk from performing oral sex on an untreated HIV infected partner is less than 1 infection in 10,000 exposures." That answer will not change. This was a virtually no risk encounter
2- I'm really plan to test hiV combo on 7th January so it will be 30 days what reliable will be and if negative i hope so did it will be needed to retest 6 weeks ?
At 28 days 4th generation tests will detect of 98'% of recent infections. When you test it will prove that you were not infected.
3- did this symptoms typical Ars !!
No. The ARS is a combination of high fever, evere sore throat and widespread muscle and/or joint aches which occur at about the same time.
4- how percentage you are confident that my test on 7th jan will be negative based on all this encounter and symptoms
When persons ahve symptoms due to HIV, no matter when the symptoms occur, tests for HIV are always positive.
5- cause this is my last follow up what ever symptoms i will face in the next days until 7th Jan are u remain confident or optimistic
Your risk for infection is negligible. I am confident that when you test you will find that you were not infected.
6- last dr have you ever see a patient acquire HIv only performing oral !
Yes but very, very rarely. I remain confident that you did not acquire HIV from you describe.
This completes this thread. You should not return to the Forum with further questions related to this encounter. EWH
