Welcome back to the Forum.  Congratulations on your practice of safe sex.  Receipt of oral sex, receipt of anilingus, and condom protected vagina are virtually no risk exposures for HIV and minimal risk for other STIs.  Gonorrhea can occasionally be acquired from receipt of oral sex but is symptomatic within 3-5 days of sex in over 90% or the encounter.  Other STIs are rarer still.  If you are asymptomatic I see no pressing need for immediate testing.  OTOH, we do suggest annual STI screening (i.e. testing for asymptomatic STIs) for persons with multiple partners as a matter of routine sexual health maintenance.  For you, the most important tests to include in screening would be a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia and perhaps blood tests for syphilis and HIV,.  Should you choose to pursue screening, from the things you say, I anticipate that the tests would be negative for all STI.  When you perform this is, of course, up to you.---
