Welcome back to the Forum although I'm sorry you felt the need when Dr. Handsfield told you " This was a zero risk exposure for HIV, even if your CSW partner is infected -- and statistically, probably she is not. I would not have advised PEP in this situation; had you come to my clinic, we would have refused to prescribe it. In fact, I would not have even recommended testing for HIV in this situation." four days ago.  Your partner's HIV test results prove that you did not get HIV from the encounter you describe.  Persons without HIV cannot transmit HIV and her test results provide reliable evidence that your partner was not infected at the time of your encounter.

I hope this further information will be helpful to you.  It makes further testing for you unnecessary.  It's time to put your concerns aside and move on.  EWH

Yes, I did read that this was a zero risk. However just needed reassurance as I did not know whether the condom was intact.  Can I be sure that her test (14 December 2024) meant that during my exposure on (28 October 2024) was conclusive. Do I need further testing myself ?

One more scenario, I would like to throw out there. Is it possible to get infected by the previous customer sperm or precum that was still inside the CSW ? Is this a possibility or am I just fishing for scenarios at this point ?

This is a repetitive question.  The answers will not change.

Her test results prove that she could not infect you.  You don’t need further testing related to the encounter you described.

Your hypothesis that you might have been infected by residual ejaculate from an earlier partner is fanciful and not something to worry about.  EWH

Hi doctor,

One last question before I put this all behind.

Exposure was 28 October 2024
CSW Tested Negative on 14 December 2024
This is 7 weeks post exposure
Looking at window period for HIV infection usually 50% picking up by 2 weeks, 95% picking up by 4 weeks and 100% picking up by 6 weeks using 4th generation testing like the one being used in the labs (CMIA).

You are confident that during the date of the exposure I was not and could not be infected as HIV was not present ? However, this does not mean CSW does not have HIV due to window period correct ?

Is there any possibility her test is negative and mine ends up positive ?

Please do not take account how the exposure was taken place as it was a drunken night

This is a repetitive question. If your partner had been infected, her test at seven weeks would’ve been positive. She could not have exposed you to HIV. I repeat, it is time for you to put your concerns aside and move forward. This completes this thread. There should be no need to return to the forum on this matter. EWH.---
