Hello Doctors, sorry English Is not my first language. I'm very sad because I have failed my wife, AND I have a big fear with HIV. My risks were;  one woman gave me oral sex without any protection until I cum. (No condom) AND I licked AND sucked her nipples. I didnt have vaginal sex or other sexual activities. Just oral sex (insertive, she gave my a blowjob) AND I licked her nipples AND breast. I need your assessment. Please my wife Is pregnant, I feel very worried to hurt her if she asks me for sex.

Welcome back to the forum.  I'll be glad to comment.

Your English is fine and I understand the activities that you describe.  You are NOT at risk for HIV from this encounter.  It is statistically unlikely that your partner had HIV or any other STI and, more importantly, there are no proven cases of HIV which were acquired from receipt of oral sex 9 a blow job) and on one has ever acquired HIV from sucking a partner's nipples.  There is no need for concern about HIV and there is no need for testing.

The only STI you could possibly be at risk for is gonorrhea and if you acquired gonorrhea, which is also unlikely, there is a 90% probability you would develop penile symptoms (penile discharge, burning on urination) within 3-5 days of your encounter with this women.  If you do not develop the symptoms I describe within 3-5 days of your exposure, I would not worry.

I hope that this inforamtion is helpful to you.  EWH

That the oral sex, you received was particularly vigorous or deep throated does not change the virtually no risk in nature of the encounter.

My advice is to put your concerns aside and move forward. EWH.

Hello again Doctor. Sorry I forgot to mention that the lady who gave an unprotected oral sex ( insertive oral sex?) I finished in her mouth, this increases the risk? I dont have any sympton of gonorrea, no secretion AND no pain after 12 days. I feel a little worried about my wife, because I dont want to put her at risk. I have been looking for information in spanish sources, AND I have found that they dont consider risk insertive oral sex. But I trust More on your words because I know your experience.

That you ejaculated does not change my assessment. Please don’t worry.  EWH---
