38 pretty much healthy white male
Couple incidents.... need advice...
1. 12/10/24 - received protected oral from Columbian woman escort newly immigrated to usa.
2. 12/13/24- in morning 7am received protected oral from olderlate 50'sor 60 gay male, he gave me doxy pep 200mg took it right away to ease my mind. First male encounter
3. 12/13/24 in afternoon receive protected oral and had protected vaginally sex with same Columbian escort. Condom swapped before vaginally set
4. 12/20/24 in morning received protected oral from same gay older male. Gave me another dose of doxy pep 200mg
5. 12/20/24- in afternoon received protected oral from same Columbian escort newly immigrated to usa.
Took 200mg doxy pep after this.
Did not notice any condom breaking.
Woman spoke some English calmed me down a good bit. Said she was clean, last year was 12-2023 though. Looked clear, said she does this too pay for her kids.
What are my biggest worries. Some scrotum itchiness, urge to pee more often, don't notice any leakage, or stuff coming from penis but have funny feelings down there. Different than I have every had before.

6. 12/25/24 Had unprotected vaginal sex with long term partner. Very nervous. 12/26/24 she woke up sick(obviously it's unrelated) she started amox 500mg twice a day because of sore throat, would that possibly help if I gave her anything.

Welcome back, but I'm sorry you found it necessary. This your fourth question in four months, and on quick scan of those discussions, it seems to me that the answers to these new questions should be obvious from our comments then. Oral sex is very low risk even without a condom, and zero risk for any and all STDs with a condom that doesn't break wide open; same for vaginal sex, with rare exceptions. You really shouldn't need to ask for our judgment after every new sexual exposure that worries you.
You need no testing at all on account of these events and should not have taken doxy-PEP, which is only recommended following much higher risk events than you describe here (like unprotected vaginal or anal sex with a partner known to be infected or at especially high risk). And from your description, your female partner is unlikely to have any STD. As for your symptoms, none of them fit with any STD. All are typical for genitally focused anxiety -- that is, your worries are making you more aware of trivial symptoms or even normal body sensations that otherwise would not be bothersome or you wouldn't even notice.
As for your regular partner, no STD is a likely cause of sore throat -- ever. She caught a garden variety virus of some sort (and doesn't need the amoxicillin, which won't help her sore throat). And you have no STD you could have given her (although you could have caught a cold virus from one of the sexual events you describe).
So my advice is no testing, no worries. Let me know if anything is unclear.

Yes, I'm sorry doctor. I did not think I would be back on here. I've had a up and down year and sometimes was thinking with the wrong head. I've been working on myself with a specialist who I talk to every 2 -4 weeks about life. I don't want to lose the people in my life. I can't shake that these last 5 incidents I got something. Even though I played safe. I always have played safe.
1. Yes I know me having unprotected and finishing in PARTNER on 25th had nothing to do with her waking up ill on the 26th, I was just wondering if I possibly anyway gave her something that the amoxicillin would not let anything infect her since it's like not even 24 hrs after she started treatment. She just had extra amox laying around.
2. Also, I was unsure if I'm missing the signs or symptoms of DRIP from gonorrhea. I haven't seen anything leaking out. No pain or burning while masturbsting or peeing. But there's been persistent maybe tingling at the head or urge to urinate i guess not exactly sure what it feels like but it's not my normal I think that gonorrhea was my main worry.
I really hope I am good..
Coming to professionals like you and your colleagues with all the credentials you have is just comforting I feel for alot of people on here. Need to recruit younger generation to run this site in the future lol

1. It's off topic for this forum, since it's not an STD issue -- and I'm glad you recognize that. But antibiotics are useless against day-to-day viral infections like she has, with far higher risks than benefits. She shouldn't take it.
2. You can't miss a gonorrhea drip. If what you're feeling is "not my normal", it's a psychological issue, not an infection.
"I really hope I am good." You are. Don't worry about it.
I'm glad you find our service "comforting". Still, repeated anxiety driven questions are not permitted. This must be your last one on the forum about similar exposures and questions. Excessive questions, especially when anxiety driven, are deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. Thank you for understanding this policy.

Just fyi, I love the thread for Question #7831.. great information.
I'd love to maximize my last response with my question.
1. Where to go and read factual information on exposures stds etc... before coming to you???
2. Do you see a need for me to do a hiv and std prep??? Preferably for on demand situations. Daily is too hard.
3.i know that condoms work, and i trust in them, but just incase I want to do unprotected even though I'm with a long term partner.
4. Is there any information out there that you think would benefit me since you have read and responded to all my questions??
5. Amox 500mg twice a day for 7 days, not effective for any sti anymore?.
6. I would love to stay off of here lol but please give us the benefit of doubt for our anxiety.
7. Please again any other info that you have. That would ease my mind and future

1,4. The sponsor of the forum has excellent STI info. www.ashasexualhealth.org and so does CDC www.cdc.gov/sti
2. The exposures you have described do not warrant PEP or PrEP for either HIV or other STIs.
3. If you stick with oral sex, many people don't use condoms. I cannot advise you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex outside your regular relationship.
5. Amoxicillin is not regularly recommended for any STI. It would be effective against syphilis, maybe gonorrhea and chlamydia.
6. Sorry, but repeated and primarily anxiety driven questions are strongly discouraged, to a point where we eventually stop taking them at all and delete the question, without refund of the posting fee. We are not a counseling service. The policy is explained in detail in my closing comments in your thread three months ago (#12032). Thanks for your understanding on this,
7. I have no other advice.
Best wishes and happy new year.
