[Question #12515] HIV RISK EVALUATION

Dear doctors
As a normal check I had an self test kit about 52 hours ago with BIOZEK self test kit I used two kits after using the first kit with about 35 minutes I don’t know why decided to break it and see what inside it was completely wet and I touched it with my finger which was picked for the second test before about 15 minutes and scratched the strip with my nail
My question that do I need to use PREP if there is any risk for infection ?
My understanding for the situation that as below
1- I asked the pharmacy I bough for and said that I don’t need to worry about that it didn’t contain the virus
2- I asked the National program for the HIV and said the no thing to worry
3- now I’ll write my idea about the situation
- I touched the test with my picked finger (15 minutes before) and the test was ( the first one ) about 30 minutes done and was wet with the buffer in this case means that if there is any risk active virus it should be killed with the 2 drops of buffer and 2 drops of blood in the normal room temperature which is about 15-10 C
- the test manufactured on June 2023 I used on 8-jan 2025
Which means about 18 months for the manufacturing
If there was a virus it should be at least inactive for infection after that time in normal temperatures which reach sometimes to 30 even if it’s in a closed plastic envelope
- the user manual didn’t say any think about the risk of using which means it didn’t have any risks only said the it has coated antigens as I know some about the me fracturing of the rapid test that they take AB from infected people and inject animals with then animal start making something and then they take the things for the animals to make the rapid tests

Factors that I think might make it is not risky are
1- the time of 18 months
2- the manufacturing information of coated AG
3- the buffer effect for 35 minutes
Please advise if I need to get any action to avoid infection I have about 20hrs before the 72 hrs

My last comment in your previous thread a month ago ended with "Please note the forum policy against repeated questions on the same topic, especially when anxiety driven. This being your second, it must be your last on these topics. Excessive ones are subject to being deleted without reply and without refund of the testing fee." And in that discussion and your previous thread with Dr. Hook, you were informed that you were not at risk for HIV and did not need testing for it. I'll answer these additional questions briefly, but this thread definitely is your last on this exposure and your irrational fears of HIV.
I am unfamiliar with a test called "Biozek", but you had accurate replies from the pharmacy and your national HIV program. No HIV test contains the virus and no kind of contact with test materials can put you at risk for HIV; I do not need to view the link you provide. The time since manufacturing and the other aspects you mention do not change this, and do not change the reliability of the test. Please do your best to get a grip on your irrational thinking and worries about HIV!
Any further questions about your irrational HIV fears will in fact be deleted without reply. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism; repeated answers tend to increase anxiety rather than relieving it. And ASHA is not keen on collecting fees for questions with obvious answers that everybody knows. Finally, such questions have little education value for other readers, one of the forum's important missions. Thank you for your understanding.
