Hi Doctors, this is not a very repetitive question with new symptoms
Recap
22nd Dec - Unprotected oral sex
27th Dec - STD test (All negative)
31st Dec - 7 days Doxy + Gentamacin Cream
8th Jan - Hydrocortisone Cream + HSV 1/2 swab test negative
13th Jan - HIV RNA + 4th Gen (Negative)
The redspot doesnt seem to be going away and the tip of my penis, and the urethra seem to be red and a bit swollen, this morning when I had my first morning pee, it was painful, slight clear discharge that seems to have glued my urethra.

My questions are:
1. Apparently 7 days of doxy should have cured chlamydia, or any other NGU infections?
2. Would such dosage be enough to cure gonnorhea? If not, will such dosage delay symptoms appearing?
3. What other STD could it be based on the symptoms that Doxy was not able to treat?
4. Coincident enough the redness spreaded after I stopped using the hydroderma cream, possibly a side effect from the use of the cream and caused urethritis?

not able to attend any further test now, so I would like some
expert answers and advices. Thank you.

Hi Doctor, just another question in mind.
Would it actually be possible that the trauma cause non-STI urethritis or yeast infection?
Would it actually be possible that the trauma cause non-STI urethritis or yeast infection?
To be honest over the past few weeks I have been anxious, while I am not worried about HIV as much, the persistance of the red spot and now spreaded has been overwhelming mentally and it just keeps reminding me of the unprotected oral sex exposure. The doctor said it doesn't seem to be HSV or Syphilis, which I tend to agree as the symptoms dont match
, plus the HSV urethral swab (DNA swab + Microbiology culture both negative), I am still worried about any sorts of UTI and possibly a yeast infection as I caught a cold plus the anxiety I have.
To a certain extent I know UTI isn't a big deal for its easy treatment with antibiotics, but the fact that not being able to attend any clinic visit until Monday is quite annoying given I have painful unrination now.

I know that yeast infection is not your expertise as it technically is not considered STI, but from your knowledge, may I know if clotrimazole cream will make it even worse for the time being if it's actually gonn/chlamydia or any other STI, if I apply the cream to see if it helps until I am able to visit my doctor on Monday?

Despite your claim otherwise, this is mostly a repeat of your previous questions. You also have violated forum policy be creating a new account and username, increasing the difficulty of reviewing your two previous threads and integrating my replies now with those. I have neither the time nor the energy to review both your previous discussions in detail.
---
1. "...7 days of doxy should have cured chlamydia or NGU": Yes.
2. About half of gonorrhea strains are susceptible to doxycycline. If that's a strain you have, you would be cured. If you have a doxy-resistant strain, it would have no effect, no matter how how much doxycycline you take or how long you take it. There is no half-way: any gonorrhea will be completely cured or entirely untouched by any amount of doxycycline. Since you have no gonorrhea symptoms and have tested negative for it, it is clear you don't have it.
3. You provide no evidence you currently have any STD. However, others not treated by doxycycline can include Mycoplasma genitalium, trichomonas, and all viral STDs. None of these or any other STD causes the sort of redness you apparently are obsessed about.
4. I don't know what you are treating yourself and have no further advice about your current treatments. I cannot give you further.
I remain confident you have no STD of any kind, and that's the limit of our advice. The rest of your questions can be answered only by a doctor directly treating you. We cannot examine you and with these verbal descriptions I have nothing more to advise except to work with your own clinic or doctors; and that this might include professional counseling to start to figure out why you are so obsessed and worried about an obviously minor, harmless problem.
The forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This will have to be your last one related to the sexual exposure and; future questions on these topics and your inflated fears will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is intended to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thanks for your understanding.
In the event of future questions on entirely new topics, please use your original username and account.
