[Question #12561] Massage/Fingering

Hello Dr.
About 10 weeks ago I went to get a massage in Japan and at the end they offered a happy ending. I declined, but they were very persistent and started to grab my penis/testicles. They begin to rub my penis and testicles for about 10 seconds before I pushed her hand away. There was a language barrier and i think it led to more confusion... She then decided to grab my hand and put it on her breast while leaning in to put her nipple in my face. I did suck her nipple for a few seconds and then there was more confusion since she grabbed my other hand and placed it on her butt. I fingered her anus for maybe 10 seconds as well.
There were 2 ladies trying to convince me to get an extra massage, so one was naked and the other was fully clothed.

1. What are the chances of acquiring an STI while the lady grabbed my penis/testicles with her hand? One of the ladies were naked and she might have touched her self but i cant be sure.
2.Are there any risks for any STIs from sucking her nipple?
3. Any STIs that can be acquired from fingering her anus?
4. I have not had sex with my wife since then, but I did perform cunnilingus on her 2 days ago and she is now very itchy inside her vagina which i suspect is a yeast infection. Could this be an STI from my mouth? I suspect a yeast infection since my mouth only came into contact with her nipple/breast.
5. I developed a white small bump on the underside of my penis and its been there for 4-5 weeks. It does not look like folliculitus but it could maybe a single fordyce spot (looks white like there could be pus inside but not tender or red)? It has not changed and it is not painful. could this be some type of STI?

Thanks

6. I forgot to add that I have had the urge to urinate more frequently and this started a few days after the encounter. I suspect this is due to anxiety since its been 10 weeks and I still have the urge to urinate. I have not noticed any discharge or pain while peeing. Does this sound correct that it is due to anxiety?

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your confidence in our service. I'll be glad to comment.  The activities that you describe were entirely no risk for any STI, including HIV.  It is unlikely that the women you interacted with had STIs, including HIV and, more importantly, STIs are not transmitted from person to person through touching or transfer of genital secretions on a perosn's hands.  The activites you describe fall into the classification of masturbation which is a no risk activity.  To address your specific questions:

1. What are the chances of acquiring an STI while the lady grabbed my penis/testicles with her hand? One of the ladies were naked and she might have touched her self but i cant be sure.
See above.  Zero chance.

2.Are there any risks for any STIs from sucking her nipple?
No, no risk at all.

3. Any STIs that can be acquired from fingering her anus?
No, this too is a form of masturbation.

Your wife's discomfort is unrelated to the encounter you have described.

5. I developed a white small bump on the underside of my penis and its been there for 4-5 weeks. It does not look like folliculitus but it could maybe a single fordyce spot (looks white like there could be pus inside but not tender or red)? This is not an STI acquired in this encounter.  It may be a fordyce spot or other benign dermatological condition which went unnoticed until you started carefully examining yourself.  If you are concerned, I suggest you see a dermatologist.

6. I forgot to add that I have had the urge to urinate more frequently and this started a few days after the encounter. I suspect this is due to anxiety since its been 10 weeks and I still have the urge to urinate. I have not noticed any discharge or pain while peeing. Urinary frequency is not a sign of STI but certainly can be a manifestation of anxiety.

From a medical scientific perspective  there is no reason for testing.  Any STI would have become apparent by now, 10 weeks after your encounter.  On  the other hand, I understand that you may choose to test for the added assurance that a negative test would provide.  I would not seek a blood test for herpes however- your risk of getting a falsely positive result it far, far higher than any risk of herpes (there is none).  I see no reason to abstain from unprotected sexual contact with your regular partner related to this encounter either.

I hope that this information is helpful.  EWH

Thank you for the quick response Dr Hook.
When you say any STI would be apparent by now since its been 10 weeks, do you mean that any symptom would have occurred by now?  I understand that some STIs are asymptomatic, but based on your response... does that mean they eventually show symptoms after a certain amount of time?

I forgot to add another question below and I cant see a way to edit my below response.
Just to clarify, as long as no oral was performed between me and the masseuse (My mouth on her vagina or her mouth on my penis) and no penetrative sex (penis in vagina/anus/mouth). There is no risk for any STI? My mouth only came into contact with her breasts/nipple.

Im sure my partners itch inside her vagina is due to some yeast or bacteria from my mouth, but of course the anxiety is making me ask more questions since this happened 2 days after performing cunnilingus. This could not be trichomoniasis or some other STI that I acquired in my mouth from the below event? I have not had any penetrative sex (penis in vagina) with my partner since this incident 10 weeks ago, but I have performed cunnilingus on her twice.

Any symptomatic STI would certainly be apparent at this time and testing for all STIs, including HIV will provide conclusive results at this time as well.

Your additional question is a bit repetitive.  No risk means what is says- no risk for STI, including HIV.

IF your partner has yeast (you do not know this), it is far more likely to have come from the yeast normally present in the female vaginal has overgrown than it reflects something she caught from you. You are not at risk for trich- how could you give it to her.

Take a deep breath and stop worrying.  You have one follow-up remaining.  EWH
