Welcome to our Forum.  Thank you for your questions and your implied confidence in our service.  Your thread is a little hard to follow.  As I understand it, you performed oral sex on a partner who had other partners is the past.  Is that correct? I'll be glad to comment.

Before we discuss oral sex, let me remind you that most women, even those who have had multiple partners do not have HIV.  In addition however, oral sex is among the least likely forms of penetrative sex to lead to STIs of any sort, including HIV.  That your partner may have blood in her vaginal during cunnilingus makes no difference as the amounts of HIV present in blood in infected persons is about the same as is present in genital secretions.  Your risk of infection is very, very low.  Testing is always a personal choice but I see little medical or scientific need for testing in the situation you have described.  EWH

Thanks for your reply also note doctor I cunnilingus for 5 min on her and the blood(I still don't know wether its blood or not as it didn't taste like blood too)it was red although I do had gems that didn't bleed at that time because I didn't get taste of my blood in my mouth too(which I always gets as gums bleed etc) also as you said little or scientific need for this situation what does that mean to???

As I said above, testing is your choice.  Your risk for HIV or other STIs is close to zero.  i would not worry.

Final response.  This exposure did not need PEP.  To prove conclusively that you did not get HIV from your low risk encounter I would test using a 4th generation (combination HIV antigen/antibody) test 4 weeks after completion of PEP.  When you test, I am confident the test will be negative.

This completes this thread.  EWH
