Welcome back. However, I don't understand why you are concerned.

This question was answered in your first thread on our forum 10 months ago, when you also expressed concerns about nonsexual transmission of HPV. My response then included this:  "Nobody ever acquires genital HPV infection except by direct sexual contact -- that is vaginal, anal or (rarely) oral sex. The virus is never transmitted by exposure to the virus in the environment or by the kind of indirect exposure of the kind you describe." Did you just forget? Or not believe me? Or do you somehow believe that oral contact with a shoe or with feet counts as sex? (Or course it doesn't.) And having been vaccinated, you are immune to 90% of HPV types that cause human disease.

No, it is not possible to catch any STI by oral contact with peoples' feet. In your earlier question we also discussed the actual risks for HIV, i.e. unprotected sex. Perhaps you should look back and read it again.

I hope these comments help you get past these concerns. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Hello dr
I remember
But I just kissed her shoes today
And I I was worried because I kissed her shoes after she left the bathroom
And that’s why I asked
That’s mean there’s no reason to be worried right?

I don't care if you kissed her shoes after she rubbed them on her genitals. No risk for HPV. I've already told you "there's no reason to be worried".

Apparently you 1) have a foot fetish (a fairly common sexual attraction) and 2) are worried about any STI consequences. If the fetish bothers you, consider professional counseling about it. The second has no basis in science. There are no STI risks; oral or other contact with other persons' feet is no more risky for STIs than shaking hands or just being in the same room with someone. Please don't worry about this.---

Hmm... in asking these additional questions, I can conclude one of three things: 1) You did not read my replies above. 2) You did not understand them (maybe a language/translation problem?). Or 3) you didn't believe me. So my advice now is to re-read the replies above; if you're not sure you udnerstand them, perhaps ask someone to help explain them; if you just didn't believe me -- well there isn't anything I can do about that.

There is still no risk at all; and there is nothing else you will think of, or that might enter your mind about shoes, feet, and HIV risk that could change my scientific judgment and advice. Nobody in the world ever became infected with HIV (or any other STD) by such contact.

That concludes this thread. Disregard any and all additional thoughts or concenr about these issues.

This is your fourth question about exposures that are obviously zero risk for HIV and other STDs, and everybody knows the events you describe are zero risk. Repetative anxeity driven questions are not permitted, so this must be your last about obviously zero risk exposures. This will have to be your last one; future questions on these topics and your inflated fears will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is intended to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thank you for your understanding. Best wishes and stay safe.
