Hello I am back again with some new encounters. I will list the days of encounters , I have had 3 encounters all with trans(male) I am also male, . (First encounter) I received only oral sex with a condom, there was probably a 10,15 second gap when their saliva and mouth may have touched the bottom half ,2/3 way down of my penis, since I was not fully erect until a few seconds in, ejaculation occured inside the condom, with no breakage. (Second encounter)involved only protected oral, and I masterbated their penis a bit, wondering if that or possibly touching penis after caused anything,  ejaculation in mouth, no condom breakage. (Third encounter ) this is the one that scares me the most, Again Protected oral, but I also engaged in protected anal sex, it only lasted 5 minutes, with no ejaculation, and no condom breakage, all instances condom remained in tact. My main fears are hiv and herpes, but unlike the last post, where I was focused on hsv1 , I am not freaking out about hsv2 . My symptoms are as followed about 15 days after first encounter, 12 days after the second, and 6 days after the third  encounter (which involved protected anal) I started to feel a bit of possible slight flu like symptoms,.

I haven’t gotten sick in months, but I started to get a headache, felt  nauseous, had a sore throat, and had some slight redness around the chest area, in the next coming two days, if I hadn’t taken meds(fever reducers) I think I would have developed a fever. And whithin those same day,’s or next few days Also I started to feel this werid tingling feeling that kept running up up and down my left leg, lasted a few days, and I would feel a little on right leg here and there, felt like a tingling sensation. Then I started to get it on my penis, I also started to , feel like a burning feeling around my genitals, and some itching on and around the penis area a bit as well. And now I am still feeling these slight pains/burning/ itching type feeling on my penis, and have had these slight burn pains on my thighs, and feet that come and go here and there, I have looked at my penis and I have some white stuff on it, and if you look with a zoom in camera, almost untocicable with the naked eye. I see about 30 to 40 white dots on my shaft of penis, going from one side to the other. These have been there for about a week now, at least once i started looking down there.

Hello,
Nothing that you've described here sound either risky for the acquisition of herpes or like herpes symptoms.  Good job using the condoms for these experiences and I'm glad the condoms stayed intact.  You don't mention if you were bottom or top for the anal sex but it really don't matter much, given that the condom stayed intact.  Lots of my patients report tingling and itching and burning in their genitals after sexual encounter, but for those concerned about HSV, they almost always test negative.  And with an experience like yours with condom protection, I just don't see the need to be concerned about herpes.  Spots almost unnoticeable with the naked eye are not consistent with HSV.  HSV would not appear as white dots but rather water blisters that are easy to see with the naked eye.  These sound more like hair follicles to me, even if there are no hairs coming out of them in that location.

Hello Terri back again( to answer your question I was the top, the one giving the penetration) have so many questions, I few days after I was experiencing on one day alot of burn around thighs/groin, it even turned red. And then went away I know that it wasn’t chafing, it was very odd1) what could that have been?  Terri 2)can you tell
Me more about condom risks, what is the percentage of protection from male to male with condom risk incolving penetration 3) how about male to female 4) terri i have been having protected sex with a girl but unprotected oral she gives me I do not give her, what is the chances she can get herpes this way if i do indeed have hsv1 or 2 on my genitals, also I am 99% sure she has never had mouth herpes . 5 ) she has been experiencing alot of lower back, and foot pain, and she is freaking me out now saying she has been experiencing pelvic pain, and some shooting pelvic type pain these past fee days , she is not pregnant, and her period is not due for another week and a half or two, and it’s usually on point, one of the dsys she described it as feeling like a period, but now she is feeling shooting painss, could this be prodome?? I am freaking out?

6) If I don’t have hsv2 from these encounters I am Wondering if I could possibly be experiencing what I believe is a prior hsv1 genital outbreak , if so what are the chances I could have passed it to her with in tact condom use everytime
7) chances of her getting it if she touches my sores and than penis?
8) chances if i touched my penis with sores, and then her vagina??
I am freaking out so bad wondering if she is experiencing prodome, I will wait these next few days to see if she keeps developing symptoms

Sorry, we don't have that specific data, but we do know condoms used with every intercourse male to female, it reduces the risk of HSV 2 b y 96%
 3) how about male to female
4) terri i have been having protected sex with a girl but unprotected oral she gives me I do not give her, what is the chances she can get herpes this way if i do indeed have hsv1 or 2 on my genitals, also I am 99% sure she has never had mouth herpes .
Again, we have no data on this questions.  but I would say transmission is unlikely
I don't believe so, no.
6) If I don’t have hsv2 from these encounters I am Wondering if I could possibly be experiencing what I believe is a prior hsv1 genital outbreak , if so what are the chances I could have passed it to her with in tact condom use everytime
Extremely unlikely
7) chances of her getting it if she touches my sores and than penis?
Extremely unlikely
8) chances if i touched my penis with sores, and then her vagina??
Extremelhy unlikely
I am freaking out so bad wondering if she is experiencing prodome, I will wait these next few days to see if she keeps developing symptoms
Her symptoms sound nothing at all like HSV
