[Question #12635] HIV Risk Evaluation?

Hi Sir,
Really sorry to bother you again. Actually I had another recent exposure with couple of escorts. The exposure involved protected vaginal intercourse 6 times (3 times each) with intact condom. And unprotected cunnilingus couple of times of 5 mins each. And unprotected blowjob couple of times. I have tested clean 2 months back and did not have any other exposures till last week.
Could you please evaluate my risk for HIVs? And do you recommend testing in this scenario or can I continue with unprotected sex with my girlfriend?
Thanks,

This is a repetitive question. In our prior interaction I informed you that " Any single exposure to a new partner is relatively low risk- in terms of escorts, STIs, including HIV are rare. Cunnilingus is very low risk for acquistion of STIs, including HIV with the risk of acquiring HIV being less than 1 infection, on average, for more than 10,000 exposures in the unlikely circumstance that your partner had HIV. As I have told you before, if your symptoms are due to HIV, a test for HIV would be positive- when symptoms are present, tests are always positive. "I will add that there are no proven cases in which someone acquired HIV from receipt of oral sex from and HIV infected partner.
You are not at risk for HIV from the exposures you describe. I see no medical reason for testing and no reason to to abstain from unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH
