[Question #12641] Should I worry?

Dear doctors, thank you very much for this forum and for the
many responses that have lifted my spirit.
My fears are probably exaggerated, but reading a lot of
websites, both in my language (Polish) and in English, has me struggling with
an onslaught of conflicting information.
So:
The first situation - on January 13, 2025 I was at an erotic
massage, the woman massaged me with her whole naked body, probably not “riding”
me with her vagina. Significantly, I myself was completely naked, the end was
between her breasts. Significantly, however, four hours before the massage I
cut my finger very badly. I probably had no other wounds on my body, maybe
small scratches, or the only danger could have been a pimple bursting on my
body during the massage (but that's hypothetical).

The second situation - on January 28, 2025 I was at another
erotic massage, the woman was wearing a bodysuit and covered intimate zones so
I am not afraid of contact with her vaginal secretions, while the massage ended
in such a way that after massaging my penis, she put a condom on with her mouth
and gave me a blowjob. The condom 99% did not break. What is important,
however, is that I felt a burning sensation on my penis before putting the
condom on (perhaps from the oil), but I did not see any blood.
There was no penetration during both of these situations.
On February 3, I performed a 4th generation test - Abbott
Alinity I, the result was non-reactive.
My questions are as follows:

1. Regarding the first situation - was the wound on the finger (after cutting it actively bled for a few minutes), already sufficiently healed after four hours, if it came into contact with blood on the body of the masseuse, or with her vaginal secretions? I have read that a wound to be a route of transmission for HIV would have to be actively bleeding? What does this mean? Is a cracked pimple, for example, a sufficient wound to transmit hiv if it comes into contact with blood or vaginal secretions, or does it have to be a much larger wound? How big does a wound outside the body have to be to be a source of HIV transmission? Is it risky for an infected person to “run his vagina over his penis” during a massage?
2. regarding the second situation - can irritated skin on
the penis, reddened but not bleeding (I did not see blood in any case) be a
route of HIV transmission? Can putting a condom on with your mouth lead to a
risky situation? Maybe this is a stupid question, yet my doctor said it is
risky because I don't know if the masseuse didn't have blood in her mouth? How
big would the possible wound in the mouth have to be for it to pose a risk to
the person receiving fellatio? Is it true that fellatio could only be dangerous
if I had a bleeding wound on my penis and my partner had a very large bleeding
in her mouth (such as after a tooth extraction), while small wounds resulting
from afts or gum irritation are not dangerous?
3 Should I be worried about these situations?

4. does the result of the test already allow me to forget
about the first incident?
5. what is the effectiveness of the 4th generation test
after 2 and 3 weeks? Even on this forum I have seen different answers as to the
effectiveness of the results (I understand that it is a matter of scientific
development)?
6. how big is the risk of a false positive? I want to test
myself every week until 6 weeks after the second event, because my mental state
is very bad, but I am afraid of a false positive, and I can't find information
anywhere about what the chance of such a result is. Especially since it is
currently flu season and I have read that going through the flu can affect the
test. Besides, I do not take any medication constantly.
7.Why so much conflicting information about the possibility
of getting infected by receiving oral sex on the Internet? Is it true that all
the studies that have been done (including the one done in Spain in the 1990s)
confirm that there is no risk in receiving fellatio?
Thank you for your answers.

Taking advantage of the opportunity to write final questions.
I realize that medicine clearly shows that I have nothing to fear, but the subconscious threat of even the theoretical possibility of contracting HIV terrifies me very much. I realize that I should feel safe because it was only fellatio, with a condom, with a woman who does not have vaginal or anal sex with clients, which allows me to suggest that she was not infected at all. But I haven't eaten almost anything for two weeks, my private and professional life is very affected by this fear. On the other hand, I am aware that if HIV was transmitted through fellatio, we would not be dealing with tens of millions of people infected worldwide, but hundreds of millions. Therefore, I would like to ask you one last question:
1. Does putting a condom on through the mouth by the masseuse or anyone else (assuming the person is infected) have any significant impact on the possibility of infection?
2. For my peace of mind, could you recommend me some research on the possibility of HIV transmission through oral sex, reading which would help me calm down a bit? While searching the Internet, I found information about a study conducted by Spanish doctors regarding the possibility of HIV transmission in this way in couples where one person was infected with HIV and for a period of several years, no transmission through oral sex was demonstrated. Is it reliable?
