Welcome back to the forum. I'm glad to see it has been a while since your last question. I read over your several previous threads, the last one 2 ½ years ago. I'm glad you continue to have only safe sex (condoms) with your commercial sex partners. And while it isn't necessary to use condoms for oral sex, that makes your exposures especially safe.

However, we cannot diagnose anything and do not examine posted photos of rashes or other lesions. That comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance, which is not our purpose and which often would even be illegal, when we are not licensed to practice medicine wherever the user might be. What I can say is that no STI causes the sort of penile skin problem you describe and most likely it has nothing to do with your recent or any past sexual experiences. (I have a book titled Genital Dermatology Atlas. As the name suggests, it is filled with photographs of various genital skin problems. It has 300 pages -- and all STDs are covered in 15 pages. That tells you that STDs are a small minority of genital rashes and other skin problems. And as I said, your description doesn't fit with any STD; and we limit our advice to STDs, without trying to evaluate non-STD problems.
If the rash persists, you might try over the counter treatments, such as a mild steroid cream (like hydrocortisone) or perhaps a simple moisturizing lotion. If these don't clear it up, you should see a doctor for in-person evaluation. A dermatologist would be ideal. In the meantime, this doesn't sound at all dangerous or worrisome.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I hope you find these comments reassuring. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

As discussed above, this is not an STD. Perhaps some sort of nonspecific irritation, although I doubt oral sex would do this. As I also said above, I am confident this has nothing to do with your most recent oral sex event, or with any other sexual exposure; and we do not comment or give advice about non STD problems. Sorry.---

I'm glad the penile problem has cleared up. However, follow-up questions are offered for the purpose of clarification and other issues directly related to the original question. All I'll say about the new event is that HIV is rare in female escorts, and there has never been a known case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis, so you can consider this a zero risk event.
That concludes this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful.
