Hello doctor
I was with a female a am very careful but while together she grabbed my penis while I was wearing my boxers she then began to suck it from behind the boxers wich lasted maybe 10 seconds witch i think got wet from her mouth maybe soaked the boxers with saliva
Can infection pass threw boxers if my penis was inside the boxers after that I got scared then I masterbated next to her I did not have any sex with her expect that now I been in panic mode about hiv I'm really scared that I will get it and pass it to my wife
The next day I felt burning in my penis and I went to get full std panel plus hiv after 2 weeks all were negitave but I know hiv it's too early for the test
Can I sleep with my wife or do I need further testing??
I would appreciate your honest opinion as you are a specialist in sexual health

I did hiv and all std tests at 2 weeks i am back now in the states and should I get tested was this low risk or no risk I really don't wanna give anything to my wife especially hiv I did all std test negitave I took antibiotics but I still feel buring when urine and masterbating I don't know if this is mental or std
Any risk for hiv
Can I sleep with my wife or I gotta wait to get tested

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. There are several reasons I say this:
1. No one has ever been proven to get HIV from receiving oral sex.
2. STIs. including HIV are not transmitted through clothing- even when that clothing is wet with saliva or other secretions.
2. Your two week tests prove that you did not get other STIs.
You are in the clear. No risk for HIV and you've proven you do not have other STIs. You can certainly sleep with your wife and have unprotected sex without concern related to the encounter you describe. Please don't worry. EWH

I haven't slept with my wife since

This is a repetitive question which is answered above. HIV and other STIs are NOT passed through clothing, even when it is wet from a partners secretions or saliva. There is no need for additional testing.
One follow up remaining. EWH

I just don't want to pass anything my wife and plan on having children
Just to make sure you understand my question I had my penis inside my boxers/underwear and she sucked it threw my boxers my penis in her mouth the boxers got wet from her mouth saliva for maybe 10 seconds
Is there any chance
And should I wait and not sleep with her untill I test
Be completely honest with me

This is another repetitive question. I understood your question. The activities you describe were NO RISK for any STI, including HIV. Repeating the question does not change the answer. Please re-read my original response.
As I told you before, there is no medical or scientific reason for testing. Testing is always a personal choice. If you choose to test, the results will prove that you do not have HIV or any other STI. There is no reason t avoid unprotected sex with your wife.
This is the final response as part of this thread. The thread will be closed. There should be no need for further questions related to this encounter. EWH
