[Question #12731] Worried again

Hola doctor, this is Marcos again
As you can see, although my exposures were not very risky, at the beginning of August I took a test that came back negative
The thing is that I have resumed unprotected sex with my wife until today but I have attended to some other erotic massage always without seeking penetration even with protection.
I always try to have the massage on a massage table to avoid body-to-body massage and to have the masseuse wear panties.
But in this time so far on two occasions the masseuse was totally naked and although the massage was not purely body to body I am concerned that there might have been contact with our intimate parts, my question is what would be the risk if accidentally there had been a penetration for a few seconds? I think I would have remembered or avoided it because of how strict I am, but my mind is already making me doubt it.
It has been more than 40 days since these massages with the masseuse totally naked (the most recent ones were on a stretcher and with the masseuse in her panties) but last week I had an episode of cold (I never get sick) where although it was not very strong and I did not have a fever, it lasted a week with nasal congestion, snot in the chest, a little cough, headache and a day of discomfort in the throat and aphonic voice which worries me.
Muchas gracias

Welcome back, but sorry you found it necessary.
Since you require your massage contact to wear panties, there could not have been vaginal penetration. And of course you would have remembered penetration if it occurred. There is no possibility of HIV. In addition, your symptoms do not fit with ARS: they started much too late (usually symptoms start within 8-10 days), and ARS does not cause nasal congestion or cough. There is nothing to worry about and no need for testing.
Let's make this your last question for any exposure that does not involve obvious high risk. You should not need to come to the forum every time you have a massage that does not include unprotected vaginal or anal sex. OK?

Gracias for your kind reply again
I understand what you are explaining to me but as I said my mind sometimes tries to confuse me and makes me remember in a blurry way or doubt.
Putting as a possibility that the two times I received the massage and the masseuse was naked there had been contact with our intimate parts or a brief penetration what would be my risk?
The event happened here in Spain but one masseuse is Venezuelan and the other Argentinean.
As I say I am very strict and I always avoid intimate contact with the masseuse but I don't know what to think anymore, because I keep having unprotected relations with my wife trying to be parents.
Thanks so much

Genital contact without penetration is very low risk for all STIs and zero for HIV. HPV, herpes and syphilis are possible but extremely unlikely even if one of your three partners is infected. I continue to advise no testing.---
