[Question #12745] Ongoing Rectal STD Concern

I'm so sorry to come again doctor. But there are some reasons for me to come back. I cannot trust the rectal swab test I sent with a sample from home. As I explained before, the reason for this is: applying it unconsciously and incorrectly, wiping the cotton pad with a napkin and trying again, and having more stool than normal on the cotton pad. Also, another situation emerged that worried me. Lab told me they did NAAT test but in the results part of the test
-"gonococcal culture did not grow" for gonorrhea
-For chlamydia it says "chlamydia antigen negative". So I think they are doing culture, not NAAT.
additional questions:
1. After some symptoms I had experienced before, due to chlamydia, I was treated with doxy 100 mg twice a day for 14 days and the symptoms quickly improved. However, the doctor prescribed the first box, but I found the second one at home and used it, but I did not look at the expiration date. Could the treatment fail if it has expired? Maybe if I have LGV it didn't work. I know that the medicine is valid for 2 years.
2. If I have chlamydia and the treatment is not effective, will this negatively affect the 500 mg + 1gr ceftriaxone treatment I receive?
3. What I'm afraid of is that rectal chlamydia/gonorrhea will remain there silently for years or even for life. Is this possible or will it occur after a while?
4. Is it possible for rectal LGV to remain silent for years? My doctor said it would cause severe symptoms.

In the second question, I meant whether it would affect the treatment I received for gonorrhea. I'm not good at English so I'm using translation so I'm sorry. In the third question, I asked "occur" to mean whether symptoms occur. By the way, I would like to remind again that the this last exposure happened 2 years ago

I'm sorry, but this forum cannot help you further. You were asked last time to ask no further questions about these events. The only health problem you have is emotional and mental; your thinking about all this is irrational, perhaps due to conflict and anxiety over a sexual decision you regret. Your negative test results are valid and reliable, regardless of the "problems" you report about your rectal swab test. Doxycycline for 2 weeks never fails to cure chlamydia and your gonorrhea treatment also was 100% reliable; you cannot possibly have chlamydia (including LGV) or gonorrhea. My only advice is that you seek the mental health care you so obviously need; in the meantime, do your best to believe and accept your test results. You might also go back and very carefully re-read your previous two threads.
