muscle pain after 2 week, flu like symptoms and chills, I was very fatigue and headache for 1 week, had small ulcer on my mouth after 2 weeks. From last two weeks I have cough. I took anti bacterial medication Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid but still didn’t get well. was winter season though. But I never had such long time muscle pain. How much chance is there to get HIV, other STI and Syphilis from her, she had rashes on her hand but was not there when she touched me. Her Tier was 1:32

She had reactive Syphilis, Tier 1:32 but her Hiv , Hep B and C was non reactive. I kissed her nipple she kissed my nipple. Other than that we didn’t kissed on mouth or genitals.

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions and your description of your exposure.  Your 7 week tests prove that you did not get HIV or hepatitis from the exposure.  It sounds like you were exposed to syphilis however and should be tested for that.  Itis difficult to say whether or not your symptoms might be due to syphilis or not but you can be confident that they are not HIV or hepatitis- if your symptoms were due to these infections the tests would be positive.

I suggest:
1.  Your partner needs to be treated for syphilis.
2.   You have probably been exposed to syphilis however the amoxicillin-clavulanic acid you took may have prevented or cured the infection.  Please get a syphilis test.  If the test is positive, you may need more antibiotics
3.  Your flu-like symptoms may be due to influenza, COVID, or some other non-STI viral illness.

The major concern here however is syphilis.  EWH

Got tested today for Hiv 4th gen, Syphillis, hep A, B, C in 8 weeks. My Hep A came detected other came negative but waiting for hiv result. I have small sore in tongue and is white and still coughing. Can Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid prescirbed by GP for cough  hide Syphillis result becuase it came negative today ? and how accurate will be Hiv test this time? Can Hep A positive caused all symptoms including this cough until today? Are all test conclusive today including Syphillis?

The term Hyde is incorrect.  Following exposure to a partner with syphilis treatment with amoxicillin clavulanic acid can prevent development of infection or if infection is present cure it.

It would be unusual for hepatitis A to cause the bump you noted or your other symptoms.

Your HIV test results at eight weeks are entirely conclusive.

You have one follow up remaining.  EWH

1: Is Syphillis, hep B test negative at 8 weeks conclusive? I am worried about my cough, dry at the moment which has been 3 weeks already.
2: Is it ok if I do not test for HIV now?
3. My condom was expired but not broken can I consider it exposed?
And I am wondering how I got Hep A.
4. What should I do to treat Hep A and should I stop having sex with wife  and for how long?

This will be your third reply as part of this thread. The forum discourages repetitive anxiety driven questions. We have a little to offer to you for your anxiety other than the facts and you have already received my assessment.

1.  Blood test for syphilis and hepatitis B both give conclusive results eight weeks following an encounter.
2.  As mentioned above you were seven week test result for HIV was conclusive. There is no need for testing for HIV again.
3.  When condoms are used beyond their expiration date, they are somewhat more likely to break than condoms that are used before the expiration date. If they do not break, they do their job. Your condom did not break and therefore can be relied upon.
4.  Your test for hepatitis an antibodies means that it sometime in the past you have had hepatitis. Hepatitis A is a foodborne illness, which can be acquired through eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water. It is not an STI. Typically hepatitis aYour test for hepatitis an antibodies means that it sometime in the past you have had hepatitis. Hepatitis A is a foodborne illness, which can be acquired through eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water. It is not an STI. Typically hepatitis a can be asymptomatic and resolve on its own. That is probably what happened to you. It is unrelated to the encounter you have described.

As I told you, we provide up to three responses to each clients questions. This is my third response, and therefore this thread will be closed shortly.  I hope that the information I provided will allow you to move forward without continuing concern. EWH.
