Hello and thank you again for your important services.
5 and 11 days after the encounter that i described in my previous post i did 2 RNA tests that came back negative.
Although yesterday i noticed that a thrush/ moth sore appeared in my gums (close to a tooth that needs care though)
I am generally very anxious and stressed this 2 -3 last months an my sleep is influenced too, i dont sleep well. so maybe these influence my mouth hygiene too...?
So is this mouth sore related to HIV (symptoms?) or my tests ar ok and i can move on?
Thank you again!!

Welcome back to the forum. I reviewed your recent discussion with Dr. Hook and agree entirely with his evaluation and advice.

You were not at risk for HIV from the fingering episode describe, despite the cut on your partner's finger, but I understand your desire to be tested for reassurance. The second RNA test proved with 100% certainty you do not have HIV. The test results overrule all other considerations:  no matter how high the risk of exposure at the time, and no matter what symptoms you have now or in the future, these results prove you do not have HIV. Your symptoms are not due to HIV and have nothing to do with the sexual exposure you are concerned about.

And your symptoms. don't fit very well with HIV anyway. If you remain concerned about your sleep your oral hygiene or dental issues, see your doctor and a dentist. But don't worry about HIV. For sure you don't have it.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Ηello, doctor and thank you very much for your response!

It was also an incident of oral sex , if you saw all of my posts!

That was probably my biggest worry!

As I said, the test results overrule all other considerations including any and all sexual exposures. Having had oral sex is zero risk for HIV anyway.---
