Dear Dr. I went for a body to body massage 5 days ago, where I did end up having have oral sex with a condom on. I am sure it was secure at the time, but she was quite rough with the oral sex.. However I have developed a red spot on my left arm and now I have developed another red spot on my right arm (in the medial forearms) and another has just developed on my right bicep , they are round raised and red, they do not look like molluscan, I am not sure if I am developing any more or any more will develop. could this be a sign of an STD, the spot on the left I am not sure if that was there before, but the 2 on the right are new. Could something like this develop that quickly. I am a little run down,. I also am not to sure if they are itchy or I am just thinking about them. It does nit seem that I have any red marks anywhere else on my body.

Welcome back to the Forum. Like your other 3 questions over the past 8 months, the exposure you describe was very low risk for STIs, if there was any real risk at all. The red spots you describe do not sound like an STI and have occurred rather early for an STI-related lesions. Personally I would not be worried about an STI. EWH---

Your exposures do not put you at risk for DGI. Clearly you have been searching the internet. This will only mislead you..
You need to address your unwarranted anxiety. You have one follow up remaining. After that further anxiety driven questions may not be answered and your posting fee may not be returned. EWH

Thank you Dr, I think I have been overthinking.

Hi Dr, it has been around a 8 days since I went for the massage, and I have feeling the red spots are ringworm, which is very unusual in the areas that I have them. Another think that has come up the past couple of days is that my parotid gland on one side is swollen and painful. I dont want to feed my anxiety, could this signify a viral load on my body, like EBV or any other type of STD or it is possibly down to stress and I am run down.

Also the rash on my arms is not itchy, and I do have a slight temp and a feeling of being unwell and sweaty.

Oh my goodness. To use your own words, you ARE overthinking this. Unilateral parotid glad swelling and low grade temperature do not suggest sexually acquired EBV or any other STI. You need to move on. I suggest that you take your concerns as well as the rash you describe to your own health care provider for evaluation. You do not have an STI.
As you know, this is my 3rd and final response. There should be no need to return. Should you return, your questions may not receive a response and your posting fee will not be returned. Please try to get over these unwarranted concerns. EWH
