Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions.  The encounters you describe were low risk but not no risk for some STIs.  Condoms offer powerful protection against STIs. It was no risk for HIV however- no one has ever been proven to have acquired HIV from receipt of oral sex.  Similarly hepatitis B rarely, if ever is acquired form receipt of oral sex.  As far as your other tests, your test results for gonorrhea and chlamydia are conclusive and do not need to be repeated- you have proven you do not have those infections.  Your syphilis tests are strong but not conclusive evidence that you did not acquire syphilis from the encounters you describe- syphilis may occur following oral sex but it is rather uncommon;  Conclusive syphilis test will need to wait until 6 weeks following you last exposure.  ---

Thanks for your service we all appreciate you. my biggest concern is condom on 2nd night maybe tampered with. after I was done I didnt see much semen on the tip, it was mostly around side of the inside condom, maybe even leaked. Penis went soft for a bit and penis was wet all over too which im guessing was the semen. I was rushing out after so didnt pay attention to condom if it broke. How likely is HIV or syphilis from this? It was missionary for less than 5 mins.

Based on your test results as well as all that you’ve said, I would not be worried. No change in my assessment.  ---
