Good morning doctors I wanted to ask your opinion about the situation I had. I went to massage parlor around eight days ago. The Asian lady working there did offer sex services. I ended up doing vagina intercourse with a condom. She was the one who put the condom on my penis. It looked like it was all the way on. She did a lube the sex last around 10 to 14 second when i finish I did not notice the condom has broken or come down . She is the one that pull the condom out and clean me up . She has with another Customer before me . I am a little work that could have catch hiv or other std I have not had any symptoms I has wondering what is the risk that I could have been exposed do you think that I should test it has a one time exposure I will not be doing that again it not worth the anxiety I has been in sexless marriage so the urge for the best of me I am worry that if I end up having sex with my wife i will expose her plz advise thanks

Welcome back to the forum. Thanks for your continued confidence in our services.

This was a very safe sexual exposure with little or no risk for any STI. That she placed the condom makes no difference in risk (why would it?). The vast majority of women like her do not have HIV; and even if she did, your risk was zero for all practical purposes.
From a medical/risk perspective, you do not need testing for HIV or any other STI. Of course you are free to test anyway if you feel you need the reassurance of the expected negative results. If you decide to test, I would advise a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia 4-5 days after the event; and an HIV AgAb (4th generation) and syphilis blood tests after 6 weeks. (If you're really nervous about HIV, you could have a conclusive HIV RNA PCR test 11 days after the event. But honestly I don't think it's worth the expense.)
In the meantime, if the opportunity arises, there is no reason to hesitate in having unprotected sex with your wife.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

No STI is a likely cause of the penile symptoms you report. I don't know what sort of nonspecific irritation might be going on -- our expertise on the forum is limited to STIs per se, not to all genital symptoms and rashes. Consider seeing a dermatologist or urologist. (FYI, at my elbow is a book with the title Genital Dermatology Atlas. As the name implies, it is filled with photos and brief descriptions of genital lesions, rashes, and so on. Of its 300 pages, all STIs are covered in 15 pages. In other words, STIs are uncommon causes of genital skin problems. Some are conditions that specifically involve the genitals; others are skin problems that can occur anywhere but happen to occur on the penis, scrotum, etc.)---

These additional questions show you did not read my replies above; or you didn’t understand them; or that you just don’t believe me. Go back and carefully read and believe them. If you remain concerned, see a doctor. Good luck.---
