[Question #12891] Touching Genital Areas - Skin to Skin Touch

Hello,
Last week i had body to body massage from a lady and we were completely naked.
My penis was touching everywhere on her body and she was also rubbing my penis and touching her entire pussy and asshole. I am sure there was no penetration but very strong rubbing by her. It was not more than 5 seconds but as i had precum and she was also wet so this made me scared of having any STD.
This happened in Europe and she said she is from Romania. Not sure if masseurs or escorts' in Europe are checked or tested.

Should i get tested or worry? Should i continue to have sex with my partner safely?
I have partner more than 10 years and It was first time in my life what i have experienced.
Appreciate the help here.

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. Body slides/rubs of the sort you describe (the medical term is "frottage") are a form of masturbation. There is widespread agreement by official bodies such as the WHO and CDC, as well as among experts that all forms of masturbation are essentially no risk activities, even when participants get each others' genital secretions (including vaginal secretions and pre-ejaculate) on each other. What you describe was a no risk event, even if she had an STI (which is unlikely, most CSWs are careful and get checked regularly, particularly if they work at a place with a fixed address such as a brothel or massage parlor). No penetration, no risk. From a medical and scientific perspective, there is no reason for concern and no need for testing although some of our clients choose to test for the additional reassurance that a negative test provides.
I would not be worried in the least and see no reason for you to abstain from unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH

Hi again,
I really appreciate your quick and detailed response even tough i have read many similar questions and your responses were more or less same. I admire your patience and you are really making people feel more comfortable.
Thanks to you i am more comfortable but this doesn't stop my anxiety to raise again and again.
I am 99% sure that there was no penetration. As it was only frottage but very strong frottage which makes me think if tip of my penis was inside the vagina (maybe 1cm) ...... I would feel if it was inside but wetness was so much.

I was not really observing or checking genital areas during rubbing so this made me think heavily if there is low risk on this or no risk at all. One of your response towards this question was that needs to be depth penetration.
I am sorry i know i am repeating the question and seeking for your validation. hope you understand my anxiety here.
Thanks again!

Heavy frottage is still frottage. We receive many questions from clients who hypothesize that "maybe" penetration occurred. In no instance has someone saying this has become infected, further supporting that penetration is had to miss. No change in my assessment. As for your anxiety, as I said above, if that is the case, get tested. I am confident that testing will show that you were not infected.
One follow-up remaining. EWH
