I had oral sex receiving from a woman and I performed on her 9 weeks ago - I also had unprotected sex with a married indian woman who is 50 who I have known for years and she does not have sex with her husband so every couple of years we have sex. I had all std testing done 15 days after - for some reason the Labcorp hiv screen was reactive the did hiv 1 and 2 Ab and also rna testing both non reactive all other std tests negative - they say hiv negative - I have tested many times and this never happened. Should I be concerned ? I am married am I clear to sleep with wife my doctor had no concerns.

I meant the testing was done 16 days after.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
False positive HIV tests are uncommon, but they happen from time to time -- especially with the antibody tests, but sometimes the antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generation) blood tests as well. However, the confirmatory Ab tests used in this situation are completely reliable; and you also have had a negative HIV RNA PCR test. Therefore I agree with your doctor: you should not be concerned about HIV and you can have unprotected sex with your wife with no risk of infecting her with HIV.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

This is all troubling but I guess I just have to trust that I am developing HIV and this is just a timing issue.

Correct -- there is no possibility you have HIV. Don't worry about it. If you remain concerned, have another conversation with the doctor or clinic where you were tested. Also, you can be assured that there is no other health problem that causes false positive HIV blood tests. And if you need more HIV testing in the future -- e.g. after a high risk exposure -- it is unlikely that you will have another false positive test result.
That completes the two follow-up comments and replies included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Best wishes and stay safe.
