I'm sorry to see that you felt the need to return to the Forum.  On this occasion I will be answering.  In preparing to respond I reviewed your earlier interaction with Dr. Handsfield your follow-up question.   You are correct that being uncircumcised does slightly increase your risk of HIV IF exposed.  IN preparing to respond I reviewed your earlier interaction with Dr. Handsfield and agree with all that he said.  You are worrying unnecessarily.  If you wish to test, do so- your test results for gonorrhea and chlamydia will be entirely reliable and I am confident they will be negative.  Hopefully negative test results will help to address your unwarranted anxiety.  EWH---

Thanks drs really appreciate I have one more question and concern I have noticed that my sperm has been coming out a light tint yellow and when finish have a little pain . The only reason I am worry it because I read some where online that can be a symptom of std I am testing on Monday but I has wondering how really is this and could that be a sign that I got something form the event . And what is the change of catching a std or hiv from one time event with condom thanks

Thank for the additional information.  Change in the appearance of your ejaculate is not a sign of STI.  As Dr. Handsfield and I have both told you, your risk of having acquired an STI from the encounter you describe is virtually zero.  We find that when persons are worried about a sexual encounter that they have come to worry about, they tend to examine themselves more closely than they would otherwise and for that reason tend to notice normal things that would otherwise go unnoticed or be overlooked.  What you describe is not something to worry about.

You did not put your wife at risk with condom protected sex.  My advice is unchanged.  Get yourself tested as soon as you can.  EWH

The term balanitis is a general reference to a rash on the head of the penis.  It is a nonspecific term.  It is not a sign of STI in your case. I remain confident that if you choose to test, the results will show that you were not infected.

As you know, we provide up to three responses to each clients question. This is my third response for that reason this thread will be closed now. Take care. Please don’t worry. There should be no reason to return with further questions. EWH.
