Is is worth me taking the Western BoT test do sometimes people have a false positive

oh Absolutely! You need a western blot!
With an index value of 1.46, there is an 85% chance that this is a false positive (I am assuming Quest diagnostics?) Perhaps even higher since your HSV 1 is quite substantial.
