Hi Doctor,
I had a minor encounter with a person of unknown status a few hours ago. I wanted your advice regarding the following encounter. I am a male who had an encounter with another male.
I had a minor encounter with a person of unknown status a few hours ago. I wanted your advice regarding the following encounter. I am a male who had an encounter with another male.
1. We hugged each other, fully clothed.
2. I kissed and licked his earlobes.
3. We pressed each other's genitals fully clothed.
4. We caressed each other's upper bodies by putting our hands into each other's t-shirts
5. He started kissing my neck. I had a minor bleeding from a pimple on my neck when using my trimmer 2 days ago. I checked my neck again, I couldn't find any traces of bleeding pimples or skin. I even used my phone's camera. - This is the part I'm afraid about.
6. I kissed his forehead
7. He sucked and licked my nipples. lightly though.
7. He suggested jerking me off. I agreed after he washed his hands with soap. I also checked his hands for any sores or cuts before allowing him.
8. He finished me off, and wiped off the cum. His hands were covered with it.
9. There was no kissing [mouth to mouth], no oral sex, nor penetrative sex.
I am quite confident I followed the advice from your previous answers. But I want your answer regarding this situation, which would put my mind at peace. Please asses my risk and advice for testing or PEP.
Regards,
Your beneficiary. Thanks for making our lives better.

Welcome back to the Forum. I’ll be glad to comment. The encounter you describe was entirely no risk. All of the activities you describe are no risk events. The fact that you got a partner’s genital secretions on you does not change this assessment in any way. There is no medical or scientific reason for testing and there is certainly no reason to consider PEP.
Please don’t worry. EWH

Thanks Doctor. Just for clarification, I did not get any of his genital sections on me, nor did I ever touch his genitals. He was the one who did a handjob for me. Am I at risk if he had any cuts or bruises on his hand? Just a thought. I just want to make sure I can completely move on with my life after this encounter. Just to reiterate - There was no kissing [mouth to mouth], no oral sex, nor penetrative sex.
I know I'm hypothesizing, but I have a lot of acne on my back. What if his cuts on his hands could have come in contact with some of them that might be slightly open, if not bleeding?
I respect your words. They mean everything to me right now. Thanks for helping people like me.

Thank you for the additional information. It does not change my assessment at all.
Similarly, the prince of open acne lesions would not change my assessment. No risk no need for testing. I recommend that you return to your normal activities without hesitation.
You have one follow up remaining. EWH

Thank you for your reassurance. I understand that I don't need to be tested for any STDs, right? Please let me know if I have to get tested for some of them based on my encounter. Also, please mention the window period for those STD tests if required.

Final response. If I were you I would not seek STI testing of any sort and would move forward with my life as normal.
This completes this thread. Take care. EWH
