I couldn't login with previous account. Bi sex married here with MSM exposure past . Involved in no anal , no oral. Only frottage and kissing . Post one year of exposure , i did hiv finger prick blood test 2 times and results showed negative. Recently about one week ago, a guy unknown status sucked my penis for less than 1 minute and i stopped him. My question as follow:-
a. Does my finger prick test results is reliable and no false negative ?
b. What is my risk of recent exposure in terms of hiv and other STD. I didn't notice any blood on my penis glans after a brief oral sex less than 30 seconds to 1 minute. Possibly pre cum may have come contact to blood or saliva of that person which not noticeable . CDC state oral sex is zero risk for HIV . But some answers in this forum said very low risk. Can the presence of blood , sores on that person who is performing oral sex can transmit hiv to other person penis? I know saliva alone cant transmit hiv. I am very paranoid of recent exposure although was brief.
c. what about other STI like herpes , syphilis , gonorhea , chylamidia , NGU based on my recent exposure.

As best I can tell with the limited information available, it appears this is your fourth or fifth question about these events, maybe more. Multiple accounts and usernames are not permitted, but based on what you say here and what I saw in two of your previous threads, there was no risk -- frottage and kissing are zero risk and you have previously been told your test results are proof you did not acquire HIV. Find your previous username(s) and re-read your previous threads. Did you not understand our previous replies, not understand them, or just not believe us? We have nothing more to add in regard to HIV. You also were at no risk for the other STIs you ask about, as you probably were told previously. I have nothing more to say.

Dear Dr . Thanks for the reply . I couldn’t remember my previous account password . For your information, in previous thread I didn’t update my test result . I did finger prick test and it came negative . Is it reliable ? I read online said got chances of false negative .
Additionally , can you pls let me know whether presence of blood , sores contact with penis during oral sex put a risk for HIV . Forgive me for asking. I need assurance as some replies worded differently based on the situation described .

You found misinformation somewhere about the fingerstick blood tests, or you misunderstood. They rarely give false negatives.
There has never been a proved case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis; no HIV risk from that exposure. The risk for other STIs was very low, especially in absence of symptoms. And didn't you test negative for STIs after that event?

Thanks for the reply Dr .
Based on recent exposure which was 5 days ago , I didn’t to any STI test yet as so far I don’t have any symptoms . Past years exposure on frottage n kissing , I did syphilis, hepatitis test n all negative . My final follow up questions:-
a. Finger prick test result not influenced by pressing to hard the finger or immediate sampling from the finger prick blood ?
b. Pertinent to recent oral , does risk change should there be presence of blood , sores in the mouth of person giving oral ?
c. Recent oral , does it pose risk of herpes , syphilis , gonorhhea , chlamydia , NGU from saliva alone or mostly via contact of blood to penis glans ?

Thanks for clarifying.
a. Correct.
b. No, there is no significant increase in risk in these circumstances. If there is any increase, it is minimal and can be disregarded.
c. These risks are not increased if blood is involved in the contact.
That concludes this thread. Please note that repeated question on the same topic are not permitted on the forum. If a new exposure is pretty much the same as previous ones, please do not return to ask about them. Thank you for your understanding.
