During last years, i (29M) went to massage places multiple times for B2B Massage only, main G-G contact, was penis touched pubic area of girls not vulva or vagina and handjob, last one ( more than 6 months ago), i did mistake and had protected vaginal penetration for less then minute, next day i look to my penis shaft saw some spots, made biopsy and result: fibroepithelial polyps, no other STD after testing after window period,  i made HPV PCR tests using External and internal swap and semen and urine different Times after 2-6 of this exposure All negative" around20 times, i plan to marry and go to monogamous relationship, not vaccinated, can i be sure that theses acts has no or limit risk? Iam not in the US, so HPV IS RARE, could HPV enter urethra from B-B Massage?

Just for Additional Clarification Multiple Time mean around 1 or 2 year , touches was for 1 or 2 min only, do you consider these girls sexual partners?

Welcome to the Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  Although there are no precise calculations on the likelihood of HPV transmission with any specific sex acts there is general agreement that there is little or no risk of acquiring HPV from receipt of masturbation or massage and that most single exposures to partners with STIs, including HPV, do not lead to transmission of infection.  Your biopsy and subsequent testing provide further evidence that you do not have HPV.  Your can be confident that there is little chance that you have genital HPV at this time if these are your only exposures.  EWH---

I have some additional questions:
1. Do you think these tests in different labs covering all area after 6 months is enough I can not find trusted info on internet, btw it is common outside the US. 2. It is 6 months so low possibility for genital warts?
3. Is it true that intercourse it self represents the highest risk for transmission?
4. After 2-3 years of possible infection do people eridicate it or just dormant?
5. Can Hpv found in semen or urethra from B2B message? Our just on external area?

You are asking good questions. Unfortunately, knowledge on these topics is scarce.

1. Do you think these tests in different labs covering all area after 6 months is enough I can not find trusted info on internet, btw it is common outside the US. 2. It is 6 months so low possibility for genital warts?
There is not much information on this topic, primarily because HPV testing is not recommended for men.  Your negative tests are good news but difficult to precisely evaluate. If warts were going to appear, typically they would be seen by the time 3 months had passed.

3. Is it true that intercourse it self represents the highest risk for transmission?
Yes

4. After 2-3 years of possible infection do people eridicate it or just dormant?
After 2-3 years, most infections become non-detectable.  In many this is eradication, in some (there are no precise estimates of how many,) it is dormancy.

5. Can Hpv found in semen or urethra from B2B message? Our just on external area?
Just externally

You have one follow-up remaining.  EWH

The last follow up:
1. Is pubic area considered less risky than others like vulvar ?
2. “ asked before” do you consider girls did message a sexual partners from your POV?
3. In average when warts recurring after treatment by electricity?or time needed to grow?
I treat my polyps, do you trust biopsy like Hpv pcr test?
4. If some one touch suspected lesions then touch other genital area, if it is wart it should spread? I did this before biopsy
5. When you said it is very common you mean specifically in the US, since norms are different in other places

Thanks in advance

Final responses:  You are asking

1. Is pubic area considered less risky than others like vulvar ?
Yes

2. “ asked before” do you consider girls did message a sexual partners from your POV?
This is an irrelevant question.  The important question is what activities did you pursue.  In your ce, the activities were low risk which is the important variable.

3. In average when warts recurring after treatment by electricity?or time needed to grow?   I treat my polyps, do you trust biopsy like Hpv pcr test?
This is a repetitive question.  I said above- " If warts were going to appear, typically they would be seen by the time 3 months had passed."   I would certainly trust your biopsy results.

4. If some one touch suspected lesions then touch other genital area, if it is wart it should spread? I did this before biopsy
No , HPV/warts are not spread by transfer on a person's hands or fingers.

5. When you said it is very common you mean specifically in the US, since norms are different in other places
HPV is common throughout the world

This thread is no complete.  You should not need to respond.  If you do, you may not receive a response.  EWH
