Hi drs thanks for the great form I did read some of the other question I feel more confident.
My exposer has in USA California it has around 44 day ago I when to a Asian massage parlor the lady look led to be 40 to 48 age the place has not really nice but has not bad either It been a while I dnt remember much but I did have vagina intercourse with the lady i remember that she did but a condom on my penis with her hand and the intercourse has for a few second not long when I finish I think I had the condom on because I remember her take it of and saying it has a lot of fluid once she took it up she clean me with a towel and I when on my way . I did notice that she has with other person before me which is y I am a little scared and worried I also notice that she has some surgical cuts underneath her breast, which I don’t know if that makes a difference or not. My question to you is that I’m gonna go test tomorrow. What is the likely chance that I got infected with HIV or an STD? I haven’t had any symptoms till two days ago. Started having penis pain a little bit, but it goes away three weeks after the encounter I did have short throat, coughing and mucus. I don’t know if that is a sign of HIV or STD. It went away in a week and a half. What is the chance that I got infected or will test positive for HIV tomorrow then I am to uncircumcised I know risk for infection. I do have a rash in my penis that has been bothering me, but I had a way before this encounter, but that make it more risky. Thank you for the information that you provide.

Sorry for the extra I want to add I have a wife that I have not had sex with since then I am afraid of exposing or infecting her . I did masturbated three days ago, and I noticed that my sperm was all liquid. I read in some form that it can be due to an STI is this true my main concern is the risk of hiv

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. The exposure the you describe, 6 weeks ago, was low risk for STIs. Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs, even most single unprotected exposures do not result in infection and in your case I condom was used which reduces your risk to close to zero. In addition, the absence of symptoms also suggests that you were not infected. Symptoms of nearly all common STIs would have showed up by now if they were going to occur. STIs do not change the characteristics of ejaculate- any changes you noted are due to something other than an STI; if you heard that STI can change the characteristics of ejaculate, the place where you heard it is incorrect.
Testing is a good idea. AT this time the results of your tests will be totally reliable and not further testing will be needed. I anticipate that your test results will show that you were not infected.
I see no reason for you to avoid unprotected sex with your wife.
I hope this information is helpful. EWH

Thank you for your thanks. I’m glad we were able to help.
Indeed, your 45 day test results are conclusive, and there is no reason for further testing. Similarly, your chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis tests are all conclusive as well. We agree with your doctor. There is no need for further testing. You are in the clear.
It’s time to move on. This thread is now complete and will be closed shortly. Take care. EWH.
