Thank you I have used some of you search history need help translation
1a) my question on is to prevent hiv , hepatitis b hepatitis c or stds is don’t share drug injection equipment or have unprotected sex
That is all don’t do this and we will not ever get these viruses this
1b) to translate question 1a above this unprotected sex means bare penis inside the vagina or anus or mouth (male or female doesn’t matter ) dr hunter says It’s that simple that is all I need to rember for life ! To prevent stds
Drug injection equipment means hollow needle with syringes attached to inject in vein
Mention in 1a so this short answer by doc hhh
2) I have question now hepatitis c is transfered from penis inside the anus only it is not trasnfered any other way when you say unprotected sex in equation 1a
3) hepatitis b is trasnfered only from penis inside vagina and anus that’s it no other ways ? This called vaginal sex I believe in equation 1a
4) I wanted to ask when you doc hook says penetration must occur what does penetration mean? that means penis
Must enter the vagina or anus to get hiv hepatitis b or hepatitis c (male or female ) that means PENIS pee hole where urine comes out ,which is the tip of the penis enters the vagina and or anus you just need protect tip of penis this if you can elaborate please
For other std which transfer from skin I think it’s the penis shaft that’s exposed during sex ?

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services. I'll go directly to your questions. Most of them show that you correctly understand HIV/STI transmission and prevention.
---
1a) You correctly understand the ways almost everyone with HIV become infected. HIV also can be transmitted to babies born to infected mothers who are not on HIV treatment or to babies being nursed by infected others; and very rarely during medical procedures.
1b) This also is a correct statement. To be entirely safe in regard to shared injection equipment, you should avoid ANY shared equipment like syringes -- not just hollow needles.
2) The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is transmitted almost entirely by blood -- not by genital fluids. Anal sex between men is a risk because it often is traumatic, i.e. with bleeding. Anal sex itself may not be very risky; other anal practices that may be traumatic -- like fisting, dildos or other objects -- probably are more important than penile insertion itself. The absence of virus in semen and vaginal fluid, and only in blood, is why sexual transmission of HCV between males and females is nearly zero risk.
3) Unlike HCV, the hepatitis B virus (HBV) is in sexual fluids. Therefore sex itself -- without trauma, blood or injury -- can transmit HBV. Most sexual transmission occurs by vaginal or anal sex. It may be transmitted sometimes by oral sex, but only rarely.
4) There is no official definition of penile penetration. The word means just that and does not require explanation, in my opinion. However, you correctly understand that if the head of the penis and the meatus (urethral opening) are covered by a condom, protection is nearly 100% against HIV and other STIs transmitted by genital fluids (like gonorrhea and chlamydia). For the STIs transmitted skin-to-skin (HPV, HSV, syphilis) contact with skin above the condom can transmit infection. This is why condoms are less effective against these infections than those transmitted by fluids.
4a) You correctly understand.
5) As I said above, HBV is very rarely transmitted by oral sex and HCV probably never.
I hope these responses are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you , may I add I’ve gone a bit confused I’ll mention what you have said and if we can use some words of doc hook that will be enough for me
1) if you can see point 1a and 1b again of my previous post for me that’s your statement doc hhh
Can I remember that for life and move on from hiv hepatitis b hepatitis c and STDs or any blood borne infections if I may add
In my previous post 1a is all I need to do prevent these viruses
If you can read 1b have I translated 1a correctly
I translated unprotected sex and
drug injection equipment
For drug injection equipment to clear is the only way we get these blood borne infections and STDs from environment in that in my previous post
2) hepatitis c in confused we use doc hook words he says
Don’t do rectal sex or anal sex and you won’t get hepatitis c
Rectal sex and anal sex mean the same thing?
Which translates to that is bare penis inside an anus that all that’s needed ?
It doenst meant anything else e.g like fingering or anything thing else
If you see 1b also of my previous post that’s what we mean by unprotected sex
So it’s compulsory to insert penis inside an anus to get hepatitis c
We don’t get hepatitis c from fingering or anything thing else
3) you used the term anal sex and vaginal sex for hepatitis b
Anal sex means penis inside anus
Vaginal sex means penis inside the vagina for hepatitis b

4) for hepatitis b oral sex if I may add doc hook says no studies show hepatitis b has been transferred from oral sex
And we were talking about blow job only on this no other way As i mention in 1b of previous post
5) blood borne infection and blood borne viruses mean same thing viruses trasnfered by blood like hepatitis c hepatitis hiv ?
STD and sti mean same thing
That is sexual transmitted diseases like claymadia?
Note : I will use my last follow up to discuss frottage after this

I'm sorry, but I do not understand your "confusion" about my replies. I wonder if there is a language/translation problem.
---
1) I do not understand your comments or concerns.
2) Yes, rectal and anal sex are the same thing. I agree with Dr. Hook's comment. But see my more detailed comments in my reply above HCV and anal sex: probably anal sex is no risk if there is no injury with blood exposure. Fingering is not a risk.
3) Yes, I said HBV is a risk with both vaginal and anal sex. So what? You correctly understand the meanings of "anal sex" and "vaginal sex"/

My question is how to prevent hiv hepatitis b hepatitis c , stds or any blood borne infection for life ?
answer to that is
don’t have unprotected sex which MEANS bare penis inside the vagina or anus or mouth (male or female ,gay , lesbian dr hook confirmed )
OR DONT share drug injection equipment which MEANS hollow needle with syringes attached to inject in vein it means no other objects of any kind That’s all this means
2) hepatitis c transferred from penis in Anus known as anal sex that means it’s COMPULSORY for head of the penis and the meatus (urethral opening)
That’s where urine comes out must enter the anus to cause hepatitis c but it must be bloody no other ways we get hepatitis c
3) frottage an example : if penis any area tip or shaft , testicles touch outside anus I can’t get hiv hepatitis b hepatitis c or STDs
Because the tip of the penis the pee hole where urine comes out did not enter the anus or vagina
For other STDS transfered understand it’s area the condom doesn’t protect causes risk during anal or vaginal sex
3a) just like that anus to anus rubbing is also not vaginal sex or anal sex what is this called not a risk for any std including hepatitis c and hepatitis hiv
we must have a penis inside anus or vagina to cause hiv hepatitis c or hepatitis b or stds

4) hepatitis b oral sex if I may add doc hook says no studies show hepatitis b has been transferred from oral sex which is only blow job giving or receiving
And we were talking about blow job only as the only risk for hiv that also giving
all other forms of oral sex are read not needed to be talked about
5) blood borne infection and blood borne viruses mean same thing viruses trasnfered by blood like hepatitis c hepatitis hiv ?
STD and STI mean same thing
That is sexual transmitted diseases like claymadia ?
PLEASE NOTE : I did have English issue on translation which is why I used simple English of doc hook
I hope you agree and that’s it

All your statements are correct: you understand how to avoid HIV and other STIs. In some cases, small risks might still exist -- it is not possible to be sexually active with other persons and have no risk for HIV and other STIs. For example, even with consistent condom use for vaginal or anal sex, and therefore even if you always follow these practices carefully, you should still be tested for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia from time to time. If you have been vaccinated against HBV, there is no risk from any kind of sex. HPV immunization also will help protect you against genital warts and the cancers caused by HPV.
Some people prefer STI and others still use the older term STD. It's only personal preference; they mean the same. (This is an issue only in English. Most other languages have online one term, not two.)
We cannot be a source to help you understand the details of English language translation of medical terms. If that remains a problem in understanding my replies, find a friend or colleagues who understands English well; please do not ask again on this forum.
That completes the two follow-up comments and replies included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Best wishes and stay safe.
