Additional information

I'm so confused and no one will give me answers...does the /HIVRNR" mean
Something wrong with the test or additional reflex test needed
And was it conclusive after 45 and 54 days

You keep asking the same questions despite being told (twice) that you were not at risk for HIV and despite your negative tests.  I am not sure why you do not believe me or the laboratory,  Your test results show that neither HIV antibodies nor HIV p24 antigen were detected at times when test results are conclusive.  No further testing of any sort is needed.  You do NOT need more testing.  You need to believe your test results.  You need to stop asking repetitive questions and move forward with your lie.  EWH---

Doctor I appreciate your reply
Just making sure because it's been heavy on my mind
The result from 45 days was a combo test it says non reactive. 36
After 54 days it was nonreactive. 27
I'm just worried and the narritave part of result says "HIVRNR"
Also the day I did the test I waited for results i called them after couple hours and they said all my other bloodwork was ready because I did full health check up they said that all results were ready except hiv pcr I asked why was it pcr they said that that was the test ordered.in short they maybe got the wrong test and i went in the next day and did hiv 4th generation combo was nonreactive .27
Then I was scared I was thinking why did they have pcr test could it be they ran combo test and it was positave and pcr was a follow up..

I asked and they said that's the test that was  ordered
Anyway is it possible the ran 4th generation test and it be positive and the next day negitave
And does .36 or .27 after 45 days and 54 days need additional testing
Thanks and please theses are my final questions

Your results are entirely conclusive and without a doubt show that you do not have HIV.  It is not unusual for the negative baseline test values to fluctuate and this represents that chemistry of the test, nothing more.  There is no need for further testing. Please do not worry.  You do not have HIV.  EWH---
