Hello doctors . Im following up regards to my last question where in December i had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex .
it has been over five months now and have not had any other receipt of oral or vaginal sex .( had one handjob) .
Just to note
1 . During these 5 months i have taken multiple (5) oraquick hiv tests at months 2,3 and recently at month 5 . All have come negative
I developed pancreatitis a few days ago and went to the ED . They have taken a full blood profile and told me i have high lipase hence pancreatitis . I also notice the following in the blood reports below .
Lipase
969 U/L .
Reference range 0-59 U/L
1. Slightly elevated neutrophil rel . 77perxent . Reference range 42-76 percent
2.low lymphocyte relative
15 % . Range 27 to 47 percent
3.monocyte relative in range 6perxent
4-13 percent range
4.esionophil rel
In range . 1 percent
5 basophil range in range 0 percent
0-3 percent .
I feel extremely worried now about any STI causing this . Do i need to get a blood test for these STIS given what im facing right now

Welcome back. But honestly I don't understand why you're still worried after Dr. Hook's highly reassuring evaluation and advice.
None of the lab results you report have anything at all to do with the near zero risk sexual event you describe in your previous thread. The high lipase level was due to the pancreatitis. The other slightly out of range test results are meaningless. The percentages of lymphocytes and other types of WBC don't matter at all; if the actual numbers are normal, all is well. (When total WBC and neutrophils are high, the percentage of lymphocytes and monocytes is lower -- even if their actual numbers are normal. In any case neither HIV nor any other STI causes such changes. All of these numbers are due to your pancreatitis, nothing more.
Put the sexual exposure you are concerned about out of your mind. There is no chance you have any infection from it. That event is having and will never have the slightest effect on your health.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
