Good afternoon.  I have used this service before and it was helpful, so thank you.  Yesterday i went to a CSW.  I requested only manual service with oil.  However after completion and while cleaning me up, unprompted, she kissed the head of my bare penis right on the opening.  This has really given me high anxiety since she was an older/veteran CSW and looked quite rough.  Even some missing teeth (possible bleeding from the gums?).  My main concern in this instance is the HIV risk , but please advise on possible STI risk as well.  Thank You in advance for your help. 

Welcome back to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions and your continuing confidence in our service.  I'll be glad to comment.  A kiss on the tip of your penis, even at the opening, is a no risk event, even in the unlikely circumstance that your masseuse  had HIV or another STI (most masseuses, even those who routinely engage in sex with clients, do not have STIs or HIV).  If she took your penis entirely into her mouth, there is still no risk for HIV- no one has ever been proven to acquire HIV from receipt of oral sex.  As for STIs, if your partner had an oral STI, the most common STI (and it is rare) is  gonorrhea- other STIs are rarer still.  The likelihood that you acquired an STI from the event you describe is far lower than 1%.  From a medical perspective I see no need for testing.  Despite the vanishingly low risk, some clients choose to test for reassurance.  If you choose to test, I would suggest a urine test for gonorrhea and am confident that it will be negative.---

Where I in your situation, I would not have any concerns about having unprotected sex with my regular partner related to the encounter you’ve described. EWH.---
