[Question #13108] HIV Massage Parlor?

Thank you doctors for your help
I live in the US and I made a bad decision and went to a massage parlor where I engaged in sexual activities from two masseuses at the same time.
During the massage, they anally fingered me as well as gave me a hand job that lasted for several minutes. During the hand job, they passed over the exposed tip of my penis several times. I'm unsure if they washed their hands and this place is basically a brothel so I'm concerned I could have also been exposed to other customers' semen (from previous appointments before mine). And because this place is basically a brothel, is there a higher chance the masseuses were HIV positive? Also, about an hour before I received the massage I noticed some blood on my toilet paper after using the restroom and wiping. Therefore, I'm concerned that could have been an entry for HIV if the masseuses had any cuts on their hands when they anally fingered me.
How should I proceed from here? Would you recommend I be tested for HIV? Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. The encounters you describe were virtually no risk for STIs, including HIV. Here is why I say this. First, as places of business, most persons working in massage parlors who practice commercial sex do not have STIs- it's not only bad for their health (and they are aware of their risks) but it is bad for (repeat) business. Further, the fact is most commercial sex workers are aware of their risks and get checked regularly. Also, even in the unlikely possibility that one of your partners had another persons genital secretions on thier hands before they were with you- STIs, including HIV are not transmitted through this sort of contact- ever. Finally, both anal fingering and receipt of a hand job are forms of masturbation which are no risk events. That their hands passed over the tip of your penis does not change that.
I see no reason for concern and no medical or scientific reason for testing - these were no risk activities. Some clients chose to test for the comfort that a negative test will provide and if you choose to do that, I am completely confident the tests will show that you were not infected. Please don't worry. EWH
