No STDs are transmitted by hand-genital contact, fingering, etc; nor by shared pipes or other smoking implements. Could there be risk for oral herpes from the pipe? Maybe, but that would be exceedingly unlikely after a single such exposure -- under one chance in many thousand. Assuming no symptoms develop in the next several days (oral blisters/sores, penile sores or discharge) I would advise against any testing of any kind. If you have a regular partner, you can safely continue your usual sexual contacts with that person.
