This is your 3rd set of questions in 11 days. We debated simply deleting your question without a response but have decided to reply. in your original post, 3 days ago, you were told that the exposure you describe was no risk. That answer will not change. You were also told that testing is a personal choice, that too is a personal choice, both in terms of HIV and other STIs. That remains our stance. The sense that urine has begun to "stick" at the end of your penis is not a typical symptom of STIs and beginning 10 days after you exposure is late for the onset of STI symptoms. On the other hand, anxious persons who are looking for symptoms tend to notice otherwise normal sensations which would be normally ignored- this may be what is happening to you.
I will not review issues about when tests are conclusive, etc. as these questions have been answered for you in the past. Look at your old posts if you have questions
---If your worried, test. I anticipate that the results will show that the is no STI present. EWH

FINAL RESPONSE!!!
This too has been answered (more than once) in the past. In science one can never say never. Strange, extraordinarily things occur. The encounter you describe was no risk in the same way that there is no risk that you will be struck by lightening while reading this reply. That is about as close to zero risk as one can get.
You need to get your anxiety addressed.
I will however warn you, once again, that future questions regarding no risk situations are likely to be deleted without a reply and without return of your posting fee. EWH
