Hello doctors- I could use your advice.

2023- I male had unprotected anal sex with another male (I was the receiver). Within 24 hours I got on pep. 

During the second week of pep I had unprotected sex with a different male friend with benefits 

I subsequently finished pep and and have been testing negative since then. I have been taking 4th generation tests every 2 months for the last 2 years. 

My questions:
1. Is it possible I have my friend with benefits hiv when I had sex with him while I was still taking pep? 

2. He has odd symptoms like oral thrush, eczema (circular rash on his arms and legs) . Can this be from hiv that I gave him?

3. Is it possible to give someone hiv if I have sex with them while I’m on pep, but i never get hiv myself?

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions   I'll be glad to comment.  When persons without HIV are taking the medications used for treatment of HIV, whether as PEP or PrEP they cannot acquire or transmit HIV.  You have taken far more tests than need to prove that you were not infected and thus, could not have transmitted infection to your other partners since you were not infected to begin with.  It is time for you to stop worrying and further testing related to the concerns you express are a waste of time and energy.  Thus, in reply to your specfic questions:

1. Is it possible I have my friend with benefits hiv when I had sex with him while I was still taking pep? 
No

As explained above, you have not been infected. Thus it is not possible for you to have infected him.  He needs to look for other reasons for the problems you mention.

No, this is not a scientific possibility.  I realize that some sources on the internet state that this is possible.  Like so much of what is found there, this is not possible
