Dear Dr. HHH,
I hope you are doing well.
Sir. I am from india and recently went to message palour and had a massage and erotic events. The therapist was clean. She was wearing only in panties. She and myself was wearing latex gloves. I was touching her vagina with my one finger and she was wearing panty and i was wearing gloves for 5 mins. She gave a blow job and I was wearing two condoms . No unprotected anal and no unprotected vaginal. Oral was with two condoms. Please clarify the below question so that I can have some peace of mind and proceed further.
1. Do I need hiv testing or I can simply ignore this incident and proceed further?
2. Can I still have unprotected sex with my wife?

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
You describe a zero risk sexual exposure -- indeed you took more precautions against HIV than necessary, for several reasons. First, the large majority of female massage personnel and sex workers in India do not have HIV, so your partner probably doesn't have it. Second, HIV and other STI viruses and bacteria are not transmitted by fingering or other hand-genital contact. Third, infection cannot be transmitted pass through latex or fabric. Fourth, oral sex is no risk for HIV even when entirely unprotected, and low risk for other STIs. Using a condom for oral sex was fine and provided further protection, but using two condoms was excessive -- in fact, it is likely that using two of them increases the risk of breakage, so I would avoid doing so in the future.
Those comments imply the answers to your two questions, but to be explicit: 1) You do not need HIV testing and should ignore this incident in regard to HIV/STI risk. 2) You can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Dear Doctor,
Thank you so much. I am feeling better now.
One last question.
1. She kissed me on my lips with both of our lips closed. Just for one or two second. If this is also zero risk, then I will forget this incident and will move forward.

Kissing is zero risk for any and all STIs, especially without open mouths.---
