Dear Dr ,
I need your expertise consultation .
Two days ago I did sexual massage with man . I m man . After massage , we engaged in frottage with oil body sticky and did open mouth tongue kissing with biting tongue momentarily . I didn’t see any sore or bleeding inside mouth or genital area of that person . I had skin torn at the side near groin area where thigh part joining the groin . At the side of pubic region.
We didn’t have real frottage as penis n penis head rubbing . Just was grinding while standing . Uncertain on that
1. What are the STI risk involved ?
2. Is there torn skin increase my risk .
3. How soon symptoms of STI will come , how many days will be showing symptoms . How many days need to wait for conclude no STI during the absence of symptoms .
4. Many STi assymptomatics . So what should I do .

Welcome back to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. Frottage is a form of mutual masturbation and as such is a no risk activity for acquistion of STIs, including HIV. The same is true for open mouth kissing That you may have skin tears in no way changes this assessment. I see no reason for concern and no reason for testing related to the encounter you describe. In response to your specific questions:

You will not develop symptoms and do not need testing. Please do not search for symptoms. By doing so, all that is likely to happen is that you will notice otherwise normal sensations that you would otherwise overlook

Thanks for your reply .
The skin is at the folding part between thigh and pubic area . It’s like effect of scratching which can see the inside red tissue . Also , we were with full sticky oily body . If I were to develop STI symptoms , when is the earliest and latest should occur . What are the typical symptoms. Thanks Dr .

This is repetitive. You are not at risk. If you develop problems that you think are symptoms, you may use your final follow up to inquire whether those findings could be due to an STI. As I have already said, however, I am confident that you will not develop symptoms of an STI because this was a no risk event. My assessment has not changed.

Dear Dr ,
Today is Day 12 of my exposure .
This morning I noticed like lump on the right part groin area . It’s exactly at the above of penis shaft base . It’s not persistent pain . But when press or friction between fleshes , it’s pain . It’s kind of blister or any potential indication of STI symptoms . Also I used to get rash line on upper chest , sometime on stomach . It’s redish flat n a bit raised . It’s come and go like that . Mostly I get it on daily episode . I m quite worried . Hope you can enlighten me on what I m going through now . No other symptoms.

My assessment is unchanged. What you found could be folliculitis but the right way to find out is to ask your doctor. This doesn’t suggest an STI.
