[Question #13308] Another CSW protected anal and oral episode

Hi everyone, 2 days ago I had an encounter with csw and protected oral and anal took place. I have never had in my life an intercourse without a condom even for oral every time - no exceptions. My girlfriend is the only person I have sex without a protection. 2 days after the deed I notices the edge of the head of my penis some small changes. It looks like iterations. Condom did not break and 3 condoms have been used for oral and anal without any damage. And head of penis was covered all the time. I have giant anxiety of skin to skin stis/stds since you cant have sex of any kind if penetrative and not rubing pubic area at least to some degree. Csw servise I use once a year if so. I asked that csw girl if she is healthy and if she is checking regularly. She said she always use the whole std/sti panel once every month and everything is ok. Is 2 or 2.5 days after the intercourse too soon for the hsv 1 or hsv 2 to appear and to show? And is my anxiety way out of proportion? I did look and didnt see any blisters or bump on her genital parts or on her mouth. If you were walking my shoes would you continue sleeping with the wife and forget about this encounter? Thanks in advance

Welcome back to the Forum. Thanks for
your continuing confidence on our service. The encounter you describe is virtually identical to our interaction 8 months ago. You partner is checked regulalry, the head of your penis was covered by the condom making the lesions you see there unlikely to be any STI. In our early interaction this was my response- it will sound familiar,; "You've done everything right and as a result, there is virtually no risk from the encounter you describe. The most important part of your protection ws your condom use for all penetrative sexual activities- condoms provide excellent protection as long as they are worn throughout the sex act and do not break (you can be confident your condom did not break- when condoms break, they break wide open leaving no doubt that they have failed). The fact that your partner tests regularly and the fact that even in the unlikely circumstance that your partner has an STI, most single exposures do not lead to infection all add to the no risk nature of your encounter." My answer on this occasion is unchanged.
The lesions you describe sound nothing like a lesion STI and it is far too early for this to be syphilis and rather early for herpes as well. I think you are worrying more than you need. I see no reason to worry about having unprotected sex with your wife. EWH
