Have you ever had a cold sore on your lip in the past or inside your nose? If the answer is yes, then this is likely a recurrence of your cold sore virus. If not, then you may have contracted this from a CSW interaction. Did you kiss this person? If yes, even without a sore on the lip, this is the most likely way that you contracted this virus, through kissing. While it is possible that you contracted HSV 1 by giving her oral sex, that is far less likely as HSV 1 genitally, if she had that, is not very active in the genital area.
Because of the extent of the sores around the oral area, I think it is more likely that this is a new infection, and recurrences will be less troubling.
I don't know what you mean by "how soon my chance of transforming will drop?"
Alcohol doesn't play a role here.

Thanks doctor for your reply , actually I don’t remember. I had any sore before and as spare what the doctor said that because this infection was so hard.that’s why he believed that I recently got it , my question is : is that true that the possibility to give it to someone else now if we will have oral sex is higher than a year or 6 months from now ? That’s was my question. Let’s say after a few days my infection will be gone. What’s the possibility to give it to someone else even if my sore healed

It is possible to transmit this virus when you have no symptoms, yes, either by kissing or giving oral sex and the risk is greatest probably in the first year or two. And you can transmit the virus when you do and when you don't have symptoms. You could consider taking daily antiviral medication like Valtrex if you have a partner who is negative for HSV 1, but remember that about half the population in the US (if you are here) has HSV 1 so you are not a risk to them.

Thanks Doctor , you mean I should stay on medication forever , or as I understand I should not worry about it because it’s so common and if it’s not infected by me, it will be from something else , another question, please is that true having HSV will increase the chance of getting HIV , thanks

HSV 1 does not increase the risk of HIV acquisition, no
You can stay on medication as long as you are trying to reduce the risk of transmission OR reduce the frequency of outbreaks.
Yes, if you give oral sex to someone and you have this orally, you could transmit this to them in that way
