Welcome to the Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I’ll be glad to comment.  The exposure you describe was virtually no risk.  Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs, most single unprotected encounters with infected partners do not lead to infection, and your encounter was condom protected making it virtually no risk in the unlikely event that your partner did not have an STI.  Your subsequent tests rule out the infections you tested for.  The other STIs you mention are extraordinarily rare in the U.S.  it is far more likely that your coincidental symptoms were due to something other than an STI and unrelated to the encounter you describe.

In you are still having symptoms, my advice would be to see your own doctor.  Specifically what symptoms are you experiencing.  Are they continuous or intermittent?  Are they getting better or worse.  EWH

None of these symptoms are consistent with any specific STI, including HIV. My assessment is unchanged. I would encourage you to look into your symptoms with your own doctor, looking for another cause. They are not due to an STI. EWH.---
