Hi Terri, can refer my previous questions for exposure, so i can save some space.

Tests - 31 days after last exposure
HSV 1 - 0.55
HSV 2 - 0.41

Believe these are high nos

Symptoms:
1. Noticed  a keratosis like rash on my right outer thigh with 3 scattered open sores that weren’t painful 2 days post exposure.  They were there for a lot of time. No scabbing for sure. Open sores have left marks on skin

2. Keratosis rash still persists after 5 months and still get one odd open sore that heals and leaves mark. Never painful. Keratosis rash still exists

3. 35 days post exposure - for 4 bumps on lower right butt near groin that turned flat and red next day. Never pained, no scabbing for sure.

4. 90 days onwards - i keep on getting singular lessions - almost like pimples atlesst once every 15 days. They are tiny singular ones and hurt when i irritate myself them. And break the skin. Have had 3 such instances. One of them formed a crust coz i irritated it

5. Right foot constant o tingling. Occassional pain in right leg. Weakness in right leg. Muscle twitches.

6. Penis and groin area has been clear throughout.

7. Severe anxiety. Hiv syphillis tests clear after 90 days

Need your assessment

Nothing you've described here sounds like herpes to me.  Your IgG results were negative, which is good - they are definitely NOT high - not even positive at a low level!  New herpes would show up at the location of exposure, not on the thigh - the thigh is too thick for virus to penetrate for a new infection.  Herpes lesions don't present as pimples, they present as tender water blisters that break open, ulcerate, scab then heal and the process on the thigh would take 1-2 weeks as the skin is thick

Thanks terry. The pimples ( what i call them for lack of better word) appear on right butt and not thighs. They do take a week probably.

I am worried because all symptoms are on my right side leg.

The pimples are always singular. I never had them before.

What would you make of keretosis rash , that was also never there before and sores opening every now and then on the same rash. Any guidance there .

Also 0.51 and 0.41 seem high numbers. I see people with 0.01 0r 0.1 kind of ranges. :(

So first infection on my outer hip/ thigh os unlikely right.

Yes, negatives can be lower but they can be higher too, the point is, they are fully within the negative range.  New infection on your thigh or hip is just about unheard of, yes
