Hello, The other day I met a girl from online and she did come over... So what happened was as follows...  We hugged and I felt on her butt.. then I pulled up her skirt and she was wearing a thong and I was rubbing on her butt cheeks with My bare hands shaking it and squeezing it and then I opened up her butt cheeks as well with my hands.... And I was feeling up and down her legs and I gave her a neck massage and I felt her hair..and breast through a bra.. . I had my underwear on and she touched my penis for a couple seconds with her bare hand but I had underwear on...... this is all we did. No kissing. No nothing else. Just touching in the places I mentioned above... So my questions are is there any way from what I did above could carry a risk for HIV or any STDs of any sort???  Should I be of any concern or worry.. it was just never meant to be and I'm glad we didn't do anything.....

Welcome back, but it seems to me you should know the answers to these questions based on your several previous discussions on the forum. You generally have asked about obviously low risk events with partners at low risk (for example often tested and negative for HIV and other STIs). And now you describe events with little or no chance of infection. Without insertive intercourse, STI risk always is low -- and none of the specific contacts you describe has any risk for HIV or anything else. You should not be at all worried and I do not advise testing for anything.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.. well, the reason why I asked about the event above is because I read a few different websites that say STD transmission could be related to touching, but I think that seems off because if you're touching and squeezing a girl's butt cheeks to me and correct me if I'm wrong would be zero risk at all for any STDs I would think right?  So I don't know why some websites say that specifically some website stated herpes and syphilis you could acquire but at a low risk. But I thought that you have to have open sores for that right?

No STI is transmitted simply by "touching". You or the "different websites" you read may misunderstand the meaning when some STIs are described as being transmitted skin-to-skin. This does not mean that any skin contact is risky; it only refers to the mechanism of transmission during sex itself. Skin-to-skin distinguishes HSV, HPV and syphilis from others like gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV, which are transmitted through vaginal fluids. But intercourse itself almost always is required for transmission of those infections transmitted by skin contact.

In my 50 years in the STI business, I've never had or heard of a patient with an STI whose only risks were similar to those you describe. You really shouldn't be worried.

Ok thank you... So absolutely no testing then... Whatsoever... I know I got a little crazy thinking that I would be at risk with something like squeezing and butt and her feeling my penis while I had underwear on.. sorry.... You can probably catch something in a filthy bathroom at a grocery store which I went into today.... Nasty door handle and entire bathroom filthy.. .. so I can move on permanently now? Thank you

I wouldn't worry about using a "filthy bathroom" either. Such settings may be unpleasant of course, but simply using an unsanitary public toilet is no significant risk for any infection. Don't confuse your gut reaction to such an environment with disease risk; they aren't the same.

That completes the two follow-up comments and replies included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Best wishes and stay safe.
