Dr Handsfield hello İ had sex once again with an escort.After this relationship İ was tested with the vidas HIV Duo ultra 25,and the same test on day 42 day 73 and day82. İ received negative results.İs this test definitive as HİV negative?2.During this relationship, İ think İ contracted Ureplasma Urealyticum.My culture showed it.Now doctor,will having the test affect mu HIV test in other words,will it delay the formation of antigens antibodies?Will İ have Amy diseases like HSV-Gonorrhea-CMS et? Ureaplasma urealyticum is a normal bacteria in the genital tract. A positive test result does not need treatment, and probably it was not the cause of your symptoms. (Half of all sexual active persons test positive.) In any case, NOTHING affects the reliability of HIV testing. UU, HSV, or gonorrhea have no effect. (I don't know the meaning of "CMS".)

I also do not know the Maning of "MT HIV". But having HIV is definitely does not make death "definitive".

There might be a language or translation problem here. If English isn't your primary language, use a better translation program; or find a friend or someone who can translate more effectively. I'm happy to answer if I understand your questions -- but from what you have written so far, I see no cause for worry.

1. All these tests at 6 weeks (42 days) or longer were conclusive. You did not need the tests after day 42.

2. No infection has any effect on the reliability or timing of testing for other STIs. Regardless of Ureaplasma, the other negative tests are accurate.

3. There is no such thing as HIV antigen "hidden in the blood" and testing negative.

4. Sore throat or burning is never the only symptom of HIV, and there are many other possible causes. Your test results prove HIV is not a possible cause.
