This question has similarities to the one you asked a little over two years ago. Kissing rarely if ever transmits STI, and "licking" the skin anywhere on the body (including the srottum) also is risk free. So is hand genital contact. With rare exceptions, STI transmission requires intercourse -- a penis inside another person's vagina, rectum or mouth. You were at no risk for any STI, do not need testing, and can safely continue unprotected sex if you have a regular sex partner.
