[Question #13458] Risk Assessment from fingering for HSV

Hi,
I am 30M and sexually not active since last 1 year almost. I had casual encounter through dating app yesterday (i did not know the girl, so no way of knowing if she had any infections, she is very very active sexually based on my guess of her work). I was fully clothed, however I did fingering and my fingers got in contact with her vaginal fluid for around 1 minute. I touched her around but no sex oral or physical or no kissing involved. After this talked to her for 2-3 mins and then went to washroom to urinate where I touched my penis. I washed my hands with soap water afterwards for 1 minute. Her vagina seemed to have been normal with no blisters (but can't confirm in case I missed something) and my hand skin are intact with no cuts, however I did notice some small skin hangnail today. I asked my date to show her test results but she made excuses and refused (one of her eyes were slightly red on one side which she said she got due to one accident) so I did not do anything else. Also, 5-10 mins after this, I had touched my lips one or two times with my hand. I have slight pain in back of my thighs today.
1) What are my chances of getting Herpatic whitlow or genital herpes statistically and should I test and when? Can this be cured fully?
I understand this means little to no risk for most STIs. However, I am extremely extremely concerned about herpes/hsv-2, did not know about herpes through this. I have taken HPV vaccines (all 3 doses).
2) Let's say if person gets HSV-2, can their married and future children from their partner later get it too?
I am extremely worried about this idiotic task that could ruin my life. Please advise.
