[Question #13496] Std anxiety

Hello again,
Hopefully this is the final
Time seeking advice.
Back in October 27, 2024. I went to a party and made out with 2 women, me being a male. I was heavily intoxicated. I don’t think I had sexual intimacy but I’m not sure.
I tested various times for stds. With my most recent time being September 4, 2025. All of them have come back negative. hiv 4th gen, HSV-1 &2, syphillis, clamydia and gonarrhea and trichomonias all negative. I’ve tested multiple times and they always came back negative. With an exception of a false positive on syphillis, I got the reflex as negative, back in January.
I’m seeing a therapist and she thought it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor. She tells me that no way I can have an std still. I have anxiety from being unfaithful.
So I’m seeking a doctor’s advice maybe to an answer I already know.
Is there any way I can have an std? Or an std show up 11 months later?
Thank you in advance

Welcome back to the forum. (The notification of action on your question was an automatic response that your question was assigned to me.)

As you apparently realize, this question has similarities to your first question over a year ago, about STD risk from lap dances. My replies then also apply here. The bottom line is that there never is sexual risk for STD/HIV without intercourse: you can safely assume you will not be infected until and unless your penis enters another person's vagina, rectum or mouth; or if with other men, you are on the receiving end of anal or oral sex. You can safely disregard any and all other kinds of contact.
Given the sexual exposures described previously and implied above -- probably without actual sex -- it was pointless to have all those HIV/STD tests. Intellectually, you know all this. and you also know the answers to your closing questions: "Is there any way I can have an STD?" No. "Or an ST show up 11 months later?" No.
I trust these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
